Perhaps due to the rain and the holiday crowds, the initial assembly at the entrance was a bit chaotic. However, after finding our guide, Yuanzi, who led us into the park, he provided a very detailed explanation and demonstrated a thorough understanding of the park's layout. Despite the crowds and various road closures, he still managed to guide us through all the viewpoints. If we had any requests for photos or other things, we promptly informed the guide, who did his best to accommodate us. If you're visiting Yu Garden and City God Temple during a holiday when it's crowded, I highly recommend joining a tour group. It saves time and allows you to see all the attractions within the park.

An excellent tour at Wild Animal Park with guide Ivan. We had a wonderful day and saw so many different animals. It's a stunning park, one of the best in the world. We also want to commend Ivan's thoughtfulness and professionalism. We really enjoyed everything and will recommend it to everyone we know!

Audrey was amazing. She was very informative and easy explained the means behind the symbolism of the architecture we saw during our visit to the gardens. She had handy-dandy ear pieces so we can hear her even if we weren’t right next to her which is very useful. It is a lot of walking as I ended up with about 11,000 steps so it also counts as good exercise. The Shanghai lunch was absolutely delicious and again Aubrey was amazing. She even realized I forgot my jacket before I did and called to make sure they could find it and bring it back to me before we left the water town. 10/10 Recommend!

Scanned at the gate and entered in no time—so convenient lor ! Whole show is all acrobatics! The ERA performers are so professional, really admire their dedication. Still super excited after watching, wow ! If you’re traveling in Shanghai, you must catch this show—don’t miss it, totally worth it wor ! I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends!
