A wonderful experience, everything perfectly organized, and the spa truly enchanting and fully equipped. As they say, "money well spent." You can also gift the experience to someone by inquiring at the reception. Highly recommended.

Bangkok traffic is terrible on weekdays, but Ctrip made good arrangements; we flew to Bangkok on the weekend. The only downside was that the group meals were sometimes insufficient. There was no forced shopping, and there were many optional excursions to choose from, depending on your budget. The tour guide service was good. There were 18 people in the group, which was a good number. The Sheraton in Bangkok was truly excellent; the facilities were great, much better than hotels in Phuket.

Massimo was the best! We had an e-bike tour set up but it was rained out. He was able to pivot to a van tour of Prosecco Hills with a couple of tastings and it was fabulous. He is very knowledgeable of the region. Also, his English is very good. I would definitely recommend Massimo for whatever tour you want of the aera (we may have to go back for the e-bikes...!).
