We really liked it! Everything was accessible! Convenient! All stops have time information. You could install the app and see bus movements in real time and plan your trip. There was plenty of space on the buses along the routes! The price matches the service! I recommend it!

A great walking tour, with a magnificent guide that was ready to answer questions and tips. Highly recommended. The visit to the Duomo's rooftop is not included, I recommend to get tickets in advance because they usually are not available at the ticket office

Francesco was very friendly and engaging, and most importantly, he knew how to read the group. I was travelling alone and was included in a group of three other girls. I felt really integrated. Apart from that, there was a nice amount of food during the visit. I found the explanations, pacing and time spent at each place very pleasant. Thanks also to Martina, who was kind enough to change my booking in time for the protests in Milan, which allowed me to adjust my travel itinerary.

It would be better if there are bigger signages at the meeting place. There are other tour buses in the meeting area and we had to ask a few times before we found our tour guide and bus
