Reviews: From Ho Chi Minh: Vung Tau Day Trip with Christ the King, White Palace and Local Food

We booked an English-speaking tour for our Vung Tau day trip. There were five of us: two Chinese tourists, two Italian tourists, and one Iranian tourist. The tour guide picked us up from our hotel early in the morning. The vehicle was fantastic, very comfortable, and despite the long journey, it wasn't tiring at all. The tour guide was a very handsome guy 🤵 with excellent English and comprehensive explanations of the sights. The lunch he arranged was also very good. The only downside was that he forgot to drop off one of the Iranian tourists at their hotel in Vung Tau at the end of the tour, so the car had to drive for quite a while before turning back. Overall, the Vung Tau trip was quite enjoyable.

Reviews: Highspeed Ferry Ho Chi Minh - Vung Tau (Greenlines DP)

The most convenient way to get from Vung Tao to Saigon. The seats are comfortable enough for people over 6 feet tall. They provide water and napkins. Free napkins in Vietnam are a serious gesture, as everyone here wants money for them. :) One small drawback: the entire ride was shown on the monitor some horrific "comical" scenes from public restrooms... like, it's funny. But you can turn away, right?

Order confirmation was convenient, and Ctrip customer service responded quickly.
Local guide Dong was polite and friendly. Vung Tau is a relaxing and pleasant little town, and the one-day itinerary was well-planned. The van was comfortable, and lunch was decent. The only downside was that the actual meeting point differed from the one stated on the order. Overall, I was professional, satisfied, and would recommend it.
