Order confirmation was convenient, and Ctrip customer service responded quickly.
Local guide Dong was polite and friendly. Vung Tau is a relaxing and pleasant little town, and the one-day itinerary was well-planned. The van was comfortable, and lunch was decent. The only downside was that the actual meeting point differed from the one stated on the order. Overall, I was professional, satisfied, and would recommend it.★

Enjoyed this shuttle bus, using the van has 9 passenger seats. Except for the 2 next to the driver, the back seats are all wide lying sand, I saw klook after ordering that seats can be reserved. Contact the local service provider when using the date. Fortunately, we did so, and when we got on the bus, a Korean couple got on the bus and sat in our seats first, after the company people asked them to go and sit back in their last row of seats. On the return trip, we took the boat, no bus comfortable, and expensive HK$120/person, next time round trip to take this kind of BUSAbout
