Very good, I contacted the spa in advance, booked an appointment for my preferred time, and added more treatments. The place is beautifully decorated, the staff is very attentive, and I was able to arrive almost an hour early (they accommodated me without any problems).

"I traveled from the United States to Vietnam with my husband and stayed at a hotel in District 1. After a long flight, we were both quite tired, so I asked the hotel receptionist for a reputable massage place. They recommended booking the 90 minute Thư Hoa package on Trip at Shinrin Spa, and it turned out to be a very good choice. As soon as we stepped in, we were impressed by how beautiful and quiet the space was. There was also a private room where we could watch a movie while relaxing together. The staff were very enthusiastic, attentive, and took great care of us throughout the session. After the service ended, we were also served a beautifully presented meal set. It was our first experience, but we will definitely come back before leaving Vietnam."

The facility is clean and new. We didn't have any trouble finding the place. The staff are well mannered and considerate. They seem to be in a rush but it's just how they are.
