Had a lovely time on the tour, great scenes at night time. Board early if you can, or pay extra for priority seats/views (only available onboard). Our tour guide Annie was friendly and helpful, even providing a history of the buildings we passed.★

Great! I highly recommend it! The views are incredible! I really enjoyed it for a change of pace! Book on trip.com, they send you a code, exchange it for a ticket at the pier, choose a departure time, and it's amazing! Everything went smoothly. I warned them that the text message wouldn't arrive, wrote to the tour organizer, and they sent it to my email and also sent it to me in the trip.com chat. Pier 1, Terminal 1, is easy to find; it's on the maps! For evening trips, leave for the boarding point 1.5-2 hours in advance; traffic jams can occur! Or take the subway without traffic. On the boat, we bought extra seats at a table for ¥100 per person, and the price included ice cream and biscuits!★

Our family arrived late because our flight had a passenger who had a medical emergency. Stella was able to communicate with our driver who arrived at the exact time when my family made it to our hotel at the pick up location. We were only able to do 1 part of the tour, but it was out of anyone’s control. We are grateful our driver Mr. Xu was able to make our trip less stressful. Both Stella and Mr. Xu gave us great customer service. Thank you!★

The boat trip takes about 45-50 minutes. The first and second floors are air-conditioned, but the third floor isn't. They even fenced off half of the third floor with tables and chairs. I don't know if they provide drinks, but to enter this enclosed VIP space, you have to pay ¥100, which is honestly not cheap. I had high expectations for the Huangpu River night cruise, but after experiencing it, I think the sightseeing boats at Clarke Quay in Singapore have a much better atmosphere!★

Traveling with kids is most dreaded because of rushed itineraries and shopping stops, but this all-inclusive tour completely avoids all those pitfalls! The itinerary is relaxed and suitable for children's stamina, with no forced spending. The tour guide is very patient with the children and will tell them interesting animal stories. The kids will have a blast feeding elephants in the Wild Elephant Valley and seeing peacocks in the forest park. Parents can also relax and enjoy the trip without having to worry all the time. This is definitely the right choice for a family trip.
