We decided to take my parents and kids to Zhangjiajie for New Year's Day. After reading countless travel guides, I was completely overwhelmed, especially with elderly people and children traveling together. In the end, we chose this private tour through Ctrip. They provided pick-up and drop-off service, and a guide accompanied us throughout the trip! It was definitely worth it. The scenery in Zhangjiajie is breathtaking, and we were incredibly lucky to witness the rarest snowfall of the year! Our guide was Liao Qin. Her explanations were excellent. We communicated with her a day in advance, knowing my parents' mobility issues meant they couldn't walk too much, so she tried to take us on the park's transportation as much as possible, and we saw all the highlights! We were extremely satisfied! If we had tried to find our own way, we probably wouldn't have been able to see all the beautiful sights in a day! The group bus picked us up directly from the hotel. It was convenient and saves us a lot of trouble. The bus was also very clean, and the driver's driving skills were excellent! We'll definitely come back for a second visit when the weather is nice! Zhangjiajie is definitely worth it!

We had an amazing time with our guide, Jupiter! He led us through each place well and made sure we never felt rushed or like we were missing out on any nice views. A guide is definitely recommended as YuanJiaJie is difficult to navigate on your own~

Joyce was very kind, patient, and cheerful on our tour. She accompanied us to the most iconic spots in the park, which is enormous. We avoided unnecessary lines and wasting time looking for the next location, which is very practical if you have limited time or are traveling with an elderly person. I highly recommend her.

This day trip to Tianmen Mountain was a great experience. It was rare to go in the morning when the sun was shining, but unfortunately some facilities were under maintenance and we couldn't experience them. However, it gave us the opportunity to come back again. The scenery on the mountain was beautiful, and the cable car and glass walkway were very interesting. Our guide, Tian Yi, was very professional, and there were no extra charges throughout the trip, making it a very worthwhile experience overall.

An unforgettable tour to Tianmen Mountain and Fenghuang Ancient Town. The mountain impresses with spectacular views, a cable car, and the famous Heaven's Gate. Fenghuang enchants with its traditional architecture, bridges, and the illuminated river at dusk. A perfect combination of magnificent nature and authentic Chinese culture. Our guide, Nissa, was very attentive, explaining everything about the place, the people, and the customs.


