It’s a beautiful place to walk around and enjoy during the off season! They have good rest rooms and the dunes are really cool. The only sad part is that you either have to pay for parking, or drive around and find a free spot. Watch out for busy traffic when you are on foot on your way to the beach!

It was a carnival holiday when I came here, so there were no people. The ticket price seemed to be $20 per car, but because it was a holiday, there was no charge. There were free activities every day, including musket demonstrations and free tours. The historical atmosphere was very strong, with various intricate passages.

I thought this place was so peaceful and you got to experience a much more authentic version of Elvis. I’d personally recommend this over Graceland any day. I’d come back too
