This is a ski resort that I go to at least once a year. Although there isn't a large variety of runs, it's not crowded and the slopes are wide, so you can ski comfortably. Lift tickets are also reasonably priced, so it's also a good training spot for local skiers.

The highlight was the live performance of powerful drums and shamisen, which was interspersed with the narration of the history of Neputa. The staff who welcomed us were very warm and welcoming. One third of the visitors were foreigners. It was also recommended for small children, as they could experience playing the instruments.

Hirosaki's promotional page says that this is the warm north. In Aomori, everything is ready for winter. 🍎 The tempting taste of sweet apples is beautifully matched with the red maple leaves.

The Fujita Memorial Garden is known as one of the three largest gardens in the Northeast. As soon as you enter the garden, you can admire the high platform near the entrance that offers a great view. Don't leave in a hurry after admiring the high platform. You can go down to the low ground along the stone steps. Enjoy the full view of the Japanese-style circulation garden. The overall scale of the park is small but it is refreshing. The garden is the former residence of Kenichi Fujita, an industrialist from Hirosaki City. Therefore, it is not surprising that Western-style buildings can be seen everywhere in the park.
