Kangxian Yangba Eco-tourism Scenic Spot is located in the southeast of Kangxian County, Longnan City. It is a natural scenic spot with beautiful mountains and rivers. The climate here is humid and the scenery is beautiful. It is a veritable "Longshang Jiangnan", and it is also a good place for the local residents of Lanzhou and Longnan to watch the mountains and rivers and spend summer. Tourists visiting Yangba Scenic Spot mostly come from Lanzhou, Longnan and other places. Many scenic spots in the scenic spot need to take a shuttle bus tour, which takes about half a day. Generally, tourists will stay for one night in Yangba Town, where Yangba Scenic Spot is located. The main play areas in the scenic area are roughly the wooden plank road by the river, Swan Lake, tea gardens and other places. The wooden plank road is located by the river at the bottom of the canyon. The mountains here are beautiful and the water is very clear. Tourists can go down to the river to play with bare feet, which is very comfortable in the hot summer. Swan Lake is a green and beautiful lake, where you can take a cruise or take a stroll. The surrounding green mountains and green waters are very beautiful. The tea garden is one of the highlights of Yangba. Under the influence of the educated youths who went to the countryside, they started to grow tea, and the quality of the tea was very good. Therefore, the tea base was established. You can come here to watch the scenery of the tea garden. The beautiful scenery makes people feel It seems that you are in the south of the Yangtze River. There are several farmhouses next to the tea garden where you can eat, but the price is also slightly expensive. It is built to prepare some dry food and drinking water before playing.Kang County · 34.7 km from downtown

Sanxingdui Museum

Sanxingdui Museum is a thematic site museum displaying cultural relics unearthed from the Sanxingdui site, with its grounds located at the northeast corner of the site. The Sanxingdui site is an important remnant of ancient Shu civilization, dating back approximately 3,000 to 5,000 years. Within the site, remains such as the eastern, western, and southern city walls and the inner city wall at Moon Bay still exist, and it is hailed as the "source of Yangtze River civilization." The museum's permanent exhibition is divided into three sections: "A Century of Dreams," "The Majestic Royal Capital," and "Heaven, Earth, Man, and Gods," systematically presenting the archaeological excavation process and research findings of Sanxingdui civilization. The museum displays a large number of precious artifacts unearthed from the site, among which the uniquely shaped bronze objects are particularly striking. The bronze standing figure measures over 2.5 m in total height and is a rare, massive early bronze human figure in China; the pose of its hands, held in a hollow ring grip, has prompted various scholarly interpretations. The bronze mask is over 1 m wide, with extremely exaggerated facial features and eyes that protrude in cylindrical form, creating a strong visual impact. The bronze sacred tree stands nearly 4 m tall, with sacred birds and dragon-shaped ornaments cast on its trunk, and is speculated to be related to ancient sun worship and the mythological "ladder to heaven." In addition, the gold objects represented by the gold staff and the jade and stone objects represented by the jade border zhang are likewise rare and important remains of ancient Shu civilization. When visiting, it is recommended to allow ample time. The three exhibition areas unfold along the threads of archaeological discoveries, the layout of the capital city, and spiritual beliefs, progressing layer by layer. The bronze sacred tree and the bronze standing figure are the museum's iconic exhibits and are well worth pausing to examine in detail. The museum also displays artifacts newly unearthed in recent years, presented to the public, and are worth noting for visitors interested in new archaeological findings.China · Guanghan

Qingmuchuan Ancient Town

Qingmuchuan Ancient Town boasts picturesque scenery, pristine ecology, and simple folk customs. The ancient town has a long history; in ancient times, it was an area where Qiang and Han people lived together, and it gradually prospered during the Ming Dynasty, with most residences built during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Today, the ancient town retains large clusters of ancient streets, ancestral halls, plank roads, and traditional dwellings, and has been listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit. Here, the river runs through the town, and people go about their various tasks at a leisurely pace, enjoying a free and easy life. Huilongchang Old Street was built during the Chenghua period of the Ming Dynasty. The street is 800 m long and 4 m wide, and has largely retained its ancient appearance. The Wei Family Courtyard was built by Wei Futang, a well-known gentleman of the time. Three sections of the Wei Family Courtyard remain, along with a middle school he advocated establishing, all well preserved. There are also ancestral halls built during the Ming and Qing dynasties for the Qu, Wei, Zhao, and Tu families, as well as erected steles with inscriptions. Five km from the old street lies an ancient commercial trade route from the Ming and Qing dynasties leading to Sichuan and Gansu. It stretches 60 km, following the river upward, with paths cut into the cliffs, making the route very steep and dangerous. The 2008 Wenchuan earthquake caused parts of the ridges and walls of the Wei family residence to crack and collapse. The Huilongchang old street, built during the Ming Chenghua period and over 800 m long, was also damaged, and many old houses had collapsed. Because aftershocks continued in Qingmuchuan Ancient Town, the preservation condition of these historic sites was concerning, but they were fully restored after the earthquake, and their appearance has returned to its original state.Ningqiang · 55.5 km from Kang County

Zha Ga Na

Zha Ga Na, also known as Zha Ga La, is located in Yiwa Town, Diebu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. In Tibetan, the name means "stone box." Surrounding limestone cliffs enclose the area like natural city walls, and Tibetan-style wooden houses are arranged in tiers along the slopes, forming a unique stone-city Tibetan village view. In the 1920s, the Austrian-American botanist and explorer Joseph Rock visited and stayed here many times, marveling that it resembled "the birthplace of Adam and Eve." Zha Ga Na consists of four natural villages arranged sequentially from bottom to top—Dongwa Village, Yeri Village, Dari Village, and Daiba Village—connected by a winding road. At the entrance of Dongwa Village at the foot of the mountain stands a massive rock known as the Great Stone Gate, and the small hillside beside it is a vantage point for capturing low-angle panoramic shots of the village built along the mountain. At the higher elevation of the village sits Lasang Temple, a Gelug Tibetan Buddhist monastery originally built during the Shunzhi era of the Qing Dynasty, with its assembly hall and Guanyin Hall nestled among the rocky peaks. Following the road upward to Yeri Village, Tibetan villagers can often be seen working in the open highland barley fields nearby, and the village also has a "Rock's Cabin" homestay where visitors can stay. Continuing upward past Dari Village, there is a viewing platform with an expansive field of view that overlooks the entire village and the full face of the cliff behind it—the ancient wooden roofs and earthen-wall buildings are clearly layered within the surrounding precipices, making it an ideal spot for panoramic photography. In the early morning, clouds and mist often swirl among the cliffs, while at night the sky is filled with brilliant stars—two of the most recognizable natural scenes here. A walk of about one hour up the mountain behind Dongwa Village leads to a hilltop temple, and the Tibetan-style houses passed along the way retain traditional mortise-and-tenon wooden structures. There is another hiking route of about two days behind the mountain leading to stone forests and alpine lakes, with pristine scenery along the way, suitable for outdoor enthusiasts; it requires one night of camping, and you can rent a horse in the village and hire a groom to guide the way.China · Diebu

Highly recommended. There weren't many people during the National Day holiday, probably because of the epidemic. The scenery is beautiful and the lake is clear. The management is also more humane. Most of the merchants in the scenic area are nearby villagers, with simple folk customs and inexpensive things. Next time I'll consider staying in a farmhouse in the scenic area. The experience is better in spring.

We sincerely commend our guide during this visit to the Sanxingdui Museum. They were dedicated and responsible, their explanations were well-prepared, and their explanations of the historical background and archaeological knowledge of artifacts such as the bronze sacred tree and the mask with protruding eyes were professional and rigorous, not just rote recitation. Throughout the visit, they catered to the children's pace, patiently answered all our questions, and were incredibly attentive and considerate. It was this dedication and enthusiasm that allowed us to understand the charm of the ancient Shu civilization and learn so much. We are very grateful! We benefited immensely!

Qingmuchuan Ancient Town is known as "one foot in three provinces" and "a place where a rooster's crow can be heard in three provinces". The town has 260 existing ancient buildings, most of which are decorated with wood carving, brick carving, stone carving, and painting techniques. They are exquisitely crafted and have a strong local style.

The scenery is absolutely stunning! The cable car is safe and well-organized, and there are emergency contact numbers displayed upon entering the scenic area. Staff are present at almost every attraction to guide visitors and assist with cleaning. A shuttle bus connects the scenic area gate and the cable car station, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that some restrooms within the scenic area are extremely unsanitary; some people couldn't stand it and vomited on the spot. It is hoped that the scenic area will improve its management in this regard.

Having passed through Jianmen Pass, no obstacle in life is insurmountable. Jianmen Pass was one of the attractions we had been longing to visit. This time, we used both our hands and feet to traverse the "bird path," truly experiencing the difficulty of the Shu Road. The large and small tunnels were both quite unique, while the Stone Bamboo Shoot Peak and the One-Line Sky were rather ordinary. If you don't want to take the bird path, you can climb the cliffside corridor, while the gate tower stands tall and imposing.

Zhagana is unbelievably beautiful! Surrounded by rocky mountains, the Tibetan village is shrouded in mist in the mornings, like a thin veil draped over it. Standing on the viewing platform, you can see terraced fields stretching out, with yellow rapeseed flowers and green barley, set against the backdrop of shimmering snow-capped peaks in the distance—every snapshot is wallpaper-worthy. The air is filled with the scent of grass and cooking smoke, and yaks graze leisurely. It's so relaxing, you won't want to leave!
