Some fat man from the staff came up to our family of 2 adults, a grandmother and 2 small children at around 12 noon and said that our place was reserved and we had to leave it by 12:00. Although we arrived at 9:00 and there was no sign or other mark on our sun loungers, umbrella or table. Moreover, there was someone else's garbage lying there from the previous evening, which we ourselves removed and cleaned the sun loungers from sand. The bathrooms and other sun loungers are dirty, no one cleans them in the morning after the previous day... The wooden paths are falling apart, it is difficult to walk with a child. When the child asked to play air hockey, no one agreed to change 2 coins of 50 euro cents for 1 coin of 1 euro, because the machine only accepts 1 euro coins. We asked for change at the bar and at the entrance - they refused, saying that they also need such coins. You can't pay for the game with a card either. When we went to buy coffee, ice cream and an iced drink, they promised to prepare the iced drink in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, they said to wait another 10 minutes. They also didn't agree to give us change from buying ice cream and coffee so that there was 1 coin for 1 euro. Of course, they spoiled the child's mood. In general, the territory is good, entrance is 2 euros for an adult and 1 euro for a child from 3 to 12 years old. Children under 3 years old are admitted free. The entrance to the sea is quite steep, inconvenient for small children. The view of the stone cliffs and the surrounding nature is incredible. However, the staff spoils the whole impression of the holiday and the Greeks in general, who before that seemed very friendly and positive to us. After we were kicked out of our sun loungers, we left, because the mood was ruined... Very unpleasant, very... Administration, teach your employees how to communicate with people!
