Casa Museo Luciano Pavarotti

Located in the Modena countryside, the Luciano Pavarotti Home Museum is the residence Pavarotti built on a sprawling estate where he spent his later years. In 2015, the museum opened its doors to the public, giving people the opportunity to get to know Pavarotti, not only as a legendary artist, but also as a Luciano with deep ties to his homeland. The home is kept in the same condition as he left it, with personal objects reflecting his life and documenting his moments with family, friends and the voice students he taught. Every corner reflects Pavarotti's vibrant personality. A large window fills the space with sunlight and displays personal mementos, photographs and letters from friends such as Frank Sinatra, Bono and Princess Diana. The sunny yellow kitchen stands in stark contrast to the extravagant costumes and countless awards, yet it is these simple, everyday objects that reveal the man behind the great tenor.
