Captain Cook Memorial Museum
The Captain Cook Memorial Museum is located in a beautiful 17th-century building on the port of Whitby, United Kingdom, which was the boarding house where the legendary navigator James Cook served as an apprentice in his youth. The museum houses a rich and precious collection, including Cook's handwritten letters, original nautical charts, works of art, as well as plant and animal specimens and ethnographic artifacts brought back from his three voyages. The coast of Whitby is beautiful, it is a port and is connected to the sea.
Walking up from the commercial street, you can reach Whitby Abbey. Outside the abbey, there is a vast sea along the cliff. This kind of wilderness makes people feel free and peaceful~
But please note that the wind is strong at the beach, so keep warm

It is a very worthwhile place to visit. The building itself and the collections are extremely low-key and luxurious. A family has accumulated wealth and art over several generations. The true aristocratic cultivation is really cultivated from childhood.
