This is a wide waterfront park surrounding the Togan Canal. In this open garden full of lawns, everyone from children to the elderly can spend a happy time. The Tenmon Bridge with an observation deck is the symbol of the park. There is also a square with fountains and waterfalls. In addition to large-scale amusement facilities, you can also take the Togan Water Cruise Route to travel around the canal. There is a world-class "Starbucks" coffee shop and a high-end French restaurant "LA CHANCE" supervised by Mr. Hiroyuki Sakai, the first French chef. Throughout the year, various interesting events such as fireworks festivals are held according to the seasons, so you can see its new look whenever you go. In addition, the dreamy night view with lights is even more beautiful and is worth recommending.Toyama City · 10.4 km from Tateyama

The Snow Valley is located in Murodo, the higher point of Tateyama. The mountain opens in early April every year. The Snow Valley is a road shoveled by humans, with snow walls on both sides. The average height of the snow walls in early April is 15 meters, and the height reaches over 20 meters. Still high in early May. There is a maze of snow roads from mid-May to early June. But there are a lot of five people, so the self-guided tour must start in advance. When we reached the bottom of the mountain at 8:30, the individual passengers had to queue for 2 hours.Tateyama · 26.6 km from downtown

There are four main mountain climbing entrances on Mount Fuji, namely Fujinomiyaguchi, Sugoguchi, Gotembaguchi, and Fujiyoshida (Kawaguchiko) entrance. The first three are all in Shizuoka Prefecture. It is divided into 10 stages from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain. Each stage is called a "station", and there is a place for tourists to rest. In addition, watching the sunrise on Mount Fuji will be an unforgettable and beautiful experience. In addition to Mount Fuji itself, the scenery around the mountain is also very good. Among them, the walls of the Fuyue Feng Cave are covered with stalactite-like icicles, which are called "Wannianxue". Shibuya is a commercial and entertainment district near JR Shibuya station, standing alongside Shinjuku and Ikebukuro as one of Tokyo's three major sub-centers and one of the city's bustling neighborhoods. Every time the traffic light turns green, the massive crosswalk in front of JR Shibuya station is engulfed by waves of pedestrians, while giant billboards and digital screens around reflect the energy of this busy metropolis. Shibuya is the birthplace of youth culture. In this 24-hour sleepless district, various trendy fashion shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment centers gather, and street band performances can often be seen. Major department stores are also vibrant with the presence of young people. In Shibuya, even the outfits of passersby are stylish enough, with many fashion magazines like "ViVi" and "Mina" sourcing their street snaps from here. Thanks to the prevalence of trend culture, the area is filled with fashionable men and women, and avant-garde or even eccentric outfits are not uncommon. Shopping route recommendations When shopping in Shibuya, it's recommended to start from the bustling Shibuya crossing, pass through the busy pedestrian zone Center Street and Spain Slope, and take a break at the spacious Yoyogi Park when tired. This route allows you to experience Shibuya's typical youthful atmosphere. Statue of Hachiko When you exit from the Hachiko exit of Shibuya station, you will see the statue of Hachiko. The story of Hachiko, who kept waiting for his deceased owner in front of JR Shibuya station, is well-known throughout Japan. Today, the area in front of this statue is one of Tokyo's popular meeting spots. Why not take a photo with Hachiko? Shibuya 109 Shibuya crossing is surrounded by department stores and is a highly photographed location. Across the street, Shibuya 109 houses over 120 boutique shops, offering trendy fashion that is highly representative and popular among young women, with sales staff even adopting cute and playful attitudes. Shibuya 109 also has a dedicated men's section, which is equally popular. Shibuya center street Shibuya center street pedestrian area is dotted with shops, restaurants and bars, creating a somewhat dazzling scene. It remains lively until midnight, offering a glimpse into the lives of Japanese youth. Spanish ramp A 100-m-long slope connects Shibuya Center Street to Parco department store, named for its resemblance to Spanish streets. Though inconspicuous, the Spanish slope exudes a trendy vibe with its unique shops on both sides. Here you'll find bakeries and restaurants using natural ingredients, as well as delicious coffee and wine that attract many foreign visitors. Walking up the steps through this shortcut leads to Parco, another clothing department store. Yoyogi park Continue north and you'll reach Yoyogi Park. The beautiful flowers and fountains in the park create an urban oasis for birds, where you can take a break and organize your finds from the journey. Shibuya's fashion culture in Shibuya, besides shopping, you can also experience the trendy youth culture. At Tokyo Wonder Site in front of Parco department store, you can often see works by young Japanese artists.Japan · Tokyo

The Tateyama Kurobe Alps Route is a tourist sightseeing route across the lofty mountains in Hokuriku, central Japan, because it takes six different climbing modes, time control is important. This one trip was one of the most anticipated of my entire trip, unfortunately the weather was not good, we got to Tateyama Station has started to rain heavily, up to see the view, all mist, like a fairyland.

Toyama Canal Park is perfect for a relaxing stroll! The canal is lined with green trees and has wide trails, making it comfortable for cycling or walking. The landmark "Tianmen Bridge" has a beautiful night view, and its reflection on the water is super dreamy. There is also a Starbucks in the park, and it is very comfortable to sit in the open air and drink coffee. Cherry blossoms in spring and red leaves in autumn, each season has different beautiful scenery, and both locals and tourists love to come here!

I went there after my Japanese friend strongly recommended it to me. I didn't regret it! It was a pity that I didn't catch up with the flood discharge period and missed the spectacular flood discharge scenery. The mountains, dams, forests, lakes, and the snow on the top of the mountain that never melted all year round, it felt a bit like the charm of the European Alps. Two words, beautiful

Because of Typhoon Rosa, we had to adjust our itinerary. I usually like to visit historical exhibition halls when traveling, and I am not interested in art galleries because I don't understand them very well. If my friends want to come, we can come together. The cultural and creative products of this place are still worth seeing.

Yes, it gets extremely crowded (especially weekends, holidays, and peak midday hours), but that energy is part of its charm for many. Go early or late and the experience becomes almost serene.

Chose to visit the Mount Fuji Instagram-famous spots on Trip.com's recommendation, and I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable experience. The itinerary included memorable locations such as Arakurayama Sengen Park, Hikawa Clock Shop, Oshino Hakkai, Kawaguchiko Lawson, and Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park—each offering its own breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji. Our tour guide (Hikari) truly made the trip special: not only was he friendly, but he was also impressively patient throughout the day, making sure everyone felt comfortable and had enough time to enjoy each spot. The pace of the tour was just right, allowing for leisurely sightseeing and ample opportunities for taking photos—perfect for capturing those Instagram-worthy moments! If you're considering this day trip, I recommend bringing your camera and a light jacket, as weather around Mt. Fuji can change. The service from Trip.com was smooth and easy, making the whole experience stress-free.

Amaharashi Coast – Noto Peninsula Quasi-National Park | ReviewThe Amaharashi Coast, located in Toyama Prefecture within the Noto Peninsula Quasi-National Park, is a stunningly scenic spot where the sea meets the mountains in dramatic fashion.Scenic Beauty:The coast is famous for its picturesque views of the Tateyama Mountain Range across Toyama Bay. On clear days, the snow-covered peaks seem to float above the sea, offering one of Japan’s most iconic coastal landscapes. The coast is lined with pine trees and dotted with rocky formations, giving it a peaceful, almost timeless atmosphere.Cultural Highlights:One of the key attractions is Yoshitsune Rock, tied to the legend of the samurai Minamoto no Yoshitsune, who is said to have taken shelter there during a storm. A small shrine stands atop the rock, adding historical depth to the location.Accessibility:The coast is easily accessible via the JR Himi Line. From Amaharashi Station, it’s just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The station itself is a charming wooden building that adds to the nostalgic vibe of the area. What Visitors Say:“Very peaceful and good view location.” – Mingche C.“A must-see for people in the area. Great views of the Noto coast and the Tateyama mountain range when the weather is clear.” – Theron M.Tips:Visit on a clear winter day for the best views of the mountains.Mornings are ideal for photography and fewer tourists.A nearby roadside station offers food, drinks, souvenirs, and restroom facilities.Final Verdict:A hidden gem of the Hokuriku region, Amaharashi Coast is perfect for nature lovers, photographers, and history buffs. The combination of sea, mountains, and legend makes it a truly unforgettable experience.
