The car pick-up instructions were clear. We waited for the car at the designated location, and after about 10 minutes, a shuttle bus took us back to the store to pick up the car. The procedures were quick, and the staff were very helpful. They provided a phone seat and charging cable. The car was very new, with only 980 kilometers on it. It performed well and was fuel-efficient. Returning the car was very convenient and smooth. They even took us to Terminal 1 airport!

The vehicle was of good condition, and the pickup process was easy. The person picking it up was kind and helpful. The part I was most satisfied with was that they handled the return process reasonably, even though I unexpectedly went slightly over the time limit. The driver is really good, drives very smoothly
The car rental company delivered exactly what was advertised; I received the correct car model as booked. The staff were helpful and communicated in English and Chinese. They offered airport pick-up service. The rental prices were good, and picking up and returning the car was convenient. I recommend them if you're interested in using their service.
Car was clean, modern and comfortable. Family of 5 booked a business seater. The driver was early and let us know exactly where to meet. He helped us with our luggage and drove safely. Much more convenient then taking a taxi (which charge additional for luggage in the trunk) and/or taking MTR (train) to airport. Perfect for my grandma and also avoided hot, sweaty weather mid August.
The car was less than a year’s old as described in the booking. Mileage was low. It was very clean on pickup and the service staff offered umbrella to be placed in the car. The service staff explained and went thru the car in details. The BYD Sealion6 is a good SUV and very efficient in fuel consumption.
Considering customs took almost 2 full hours , I was very please with the service. The fact that they were able to wait, communicated clearly and promptly was amazing. I was also very pleased to have a female driver. The car was clean, smelled nice and the driver was courteous. This was my first time using a pick-up service and couldn't be happier.
The vehicle was in good condition, very clean, and considered new. Although there was a tire blowout midway through the trip, the rental company handled it quickly. While it took a little time, the outcome was still okay. Trip.com also processed the claim quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the rental company and Trip.com! I will definitely use Trip.com again to book my travel packages in the future.

5 stars service with good, brand new and clean car. So close to the airport, free access with shuttle van with good English communication staffs. Recommended if you visit Japan.
Before returning the car, I filled up the tank at a gas station 4 minutes away, paid the ETC fee, and then took the shuttle bus to the airport. Very convenient. All the staff were friendly, including the young shuttle driver from Hong Kong. Their first location was in Osaka, the second in Narita, and the third will likely be in Haneda. Next time, I might pick up the car in Osaka, explore Japan at a leisurely pace, and then return it in Tokyo. A young company, but the service is excellent. 👍
