The scenery is beautiful and the air is fresh. After parking, take the park bus to the visitor center, then take the shuttle bus. It's best to go in the morning, as the pandas are usually full and sleeping after 11 am.

It's located in Ya'an city, so transportation is very convenient. It only takes a short drive to get there. You can choose to take the cable car up the mountain or hike up slowly on your own. If you're going to return to Chengdu from western Sichuan and don't want to stay in Chengdu, you can stay overnight in Ya'an, hike up the mountain the next day, and then head back home.

The scenic area is well-managed and has beautiful scenery. You can observe wild animals, especially a lot of pigs. Don't mess with them; walk around them and don't feed them. We went when the leaves weren't fully red yet, which was a little disappointing, but the beautiful scenery made up for it, so it was still a worthwhile trip.

The self-driving route is a winding mountain road with breathtaking scenery, absolutely fantastic (guided by a tour leader). Reaching the summit, the view is stunning: a sea of clouds, snow-capped mountains… simply breathtaking!

Dawa Gengza, with its 360-degree viewing platform at an altitude of 3866 meters, is truly worth a visit. The sunrise and sea of clouds are breathtaking. If you can't get up early, you'll miss a lot. You take the park's shuttle bus up the mountain, and then transfer to a sightseeing bus after getting off. You don't have to walk much to ascend from an altitude of 2500 meters to 3800 meters. Definitely worth a second visit.

I wanted to see Mount Gongga, and since I was on a business trip in Ya'an, I drove here. The journey took about two hours. The entrance to the scenic area was right after I got off the highway. I took the cable car up the mountain, and then there was a shuttle bus. It was quite convenient. The hotels inside the scenic area were decent, not luxurious, but relatively clean. On a clear day, it was truly breathtaking. Hiking in the forest was also a good option.

The experience was great. I came here after reading the reviews, and it really is! The owner is very friendly, the rooms are clean and bright, and there's even a play area for kids. The food is also delicious. I ate somewhere else on my first day, but after having a convenient meal here, I decided to stick to the locals. The food is really good, especially the kimchi, which is much better than what you get on the street. I shamelessly asked the owner for some, and he packed some for me to take home.

The scenery is beautiful, with lush greenery and flowing blue water. The valley is characterized by its many rocks, and the water is crystal clear with frequent small waterfalls. Although the one-way A route is 6 kilometers, there are sightseeing buses at intervals, satisfying both hiking and sightseeing needs; you can choose according to your preference. At the summit is a hidden gem of dove trees, which must be incredibly beautiful when the dove trees are in bloom; I highly recommend visiting then. On the final stretch of the descent, there are bamboo rafts to the exit, allowing for frequent water activities along the entire route, and the bamboo rafting adds a lot of fun. Highly recommended! I just wonder if there's accommodation at the summit; that would be fantastic.

The scenic area is primarily characterized by forests, snow-capped mountains, streams, alpine meadows, and alpine calcified flow pools. Verdant meadows are scattered among the forests, and surrounding them are undulating mountains, some steep and towering, others winding and winding.
