Decent size room but there was a lot of problems with it, there was a giant Crack that went along the entire ceiling and the shower was very small because the tub was so oversized. TV was old and out dated, blackout curtains didn't close all the way so the day light would wake you up early. No device chargers in room compared to other hotels.

The hotel location was good and near the dock for the 1000 island cruise, and depending on the rooms you either face the lake or the downtown. Stayed facing the downtown, not much noise was noted from the streets at night. Many eateries located near the hotel, opposite the hotel was the tourist center which you can book the trolley tours, 1000 island cruise, etc. Breakfast can be collected close to the hotel lobby. It is a bento style box and taste is decent even though the options do not change except for the flavour of the muffin.

Just a short walk from the waterfall and near the casino. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants but few supermarkets. Overall, it’s worth the price — the breakfast is good, and the staff provided good service.

The view from the window is lovely, and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit noisy, and there’s some street noise. No bottled water or slippers were provided in the room. The breakfast is average but filling. The staff are friendly and make the stay pleasant. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I might consider staying again in the future.

Hotel location is very close to restaurants and supermarkets. Also, it’s convenient to drive to some famous spots for sightseeing, like museums and the ferry to the Lift Lock. The staffs were very nice and friendly. We were appreciated to have a quiet and comfy room to stay on 3/floor. Since we overlook the breakfast time which ended at 10am and we were late for 5mins, the server was tidying up the food counter. However, she was nice to let us grab some food to eat. To avoid her waiting us to clean up, we ate very quickly and was not able to take pictures. Breakfast was okay with muffins, pancakes, toasts, fried eggs & sausages, fruits, coffee and juice. In short, a good place to recommend.

Highly recommend staying at this Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The heart shaped tub was amazing. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it in the morning. The location is prime - we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see in the area. The staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

My husband and I stayed here from September 9 to 10 last for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a medical appointment down the road so it was a convenient location. Here are some of our observations where they could do better. 1. l use a cane with my disability, and there was no luggage trolly in the lobby when we arrived. I had to haul two heavy bags on one arm while using my cane with the other hand. 2. I checked to see that there was body wash for our evening and morning showers and the bottle was completely empty. The housekeeping staff hadn't refilled and we had to find someone to put a new bottle into the shower. It's a good thing I checked and didn't get a rude awakening in the morning. 3. The picture in the room looked as though something was thrown at it and went down the glass. There were two streaks and it was very disgusting. Obviously, the cleaning had not been done properly in the room. 4. Nowhere on the website was there mention of a continental breakfast so we were quite surprised that there wouldn't be your typical eggs, bacon, sausage. Etc. It was very disappointing. We only found out because we got on the elevator, and there was an ad taped to the inside of the elevator. At the time of booking, all it said was free breakfast included. 5. The shower-head sprayed all over the ceiling when it was turned on, so we had to put a face cloth over it to contain the spray 6. The microwave glass tray did not rotate so when you put something in there, it didn't heat it up evenly. It actually burned the item. 7. Bathroom light fixtures were covered with caked on dust. I wrote my name in one of them. It's Obvious that the housekeeping staff does not pay attention to cleaning - only does minimum.

The room was converted from two apartments. There are two bedrooms for three people, each with a large bed. There is also a simple kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. It is very cozy. The breakfast is also OK, with eggs, meat, fruit, coffee, milk, yogurt, various breads and cakes, etc. The location is also very good, close to the attractions. The overall feeling is good. The only problem is that there is no parking space in front of the hotel, and you need to park at your own expense, 15 yuan a day

GGuest UserHoliday Inn Downtown Toronto is perfectly located at the heart of Toronto. Just nearby Yonge street which is the main street that passes thru Toronto and where all the main stores, restaurants, shops and attractions are located. In fact, it is also close to a big grocery Loblaws where you can get your food, toietries and souvenirs!!! We booked a Standard Double room via Trip for 2 night at just around 400 sgd. They allowed 4 adults here and surprisingly the Double beds were massive!!! We just took Uber from Union station but there are metro and trams the pass by here. Checkin was fast but they charge room deposits and for our 2 nights stay it was 100 cad. Our room was located at 12th floor and we have a view of Toronto’s skyline. The room was quite big at 18 sqm with breakfast and a bath tub nothing could get better than this for a 4 star hotel located at the heart of Toronto. The toilet is a bit small but enough to move around. They only offer plastic cups for toilet use and toothbrush is upon request. The towels are soft and clean and they gave us 4 sets. I loved their Dove toiletries hand wash, lotion, shampoo, body wash and conditioner - its the powdery classic scent of Dove. Water pressure is strong and heating works perfectly and easy to control. They have a huge Wooden Grey open warddrobe with lots of cabinets and compartments that holds the mini-fridge, safety lock, clothes hangers, and luggage compartment. Next is the mini-bar with coffee maker, 2 free bottled water and complimentary coffee capsules. The only comment I have is that not all guests drink coffee so you have to request Water Kettle for hot water or other hot drinks. They also serve only paper cups for this. Next is the big flat screen TV that has lots of local and cable channels. Wifi is also a bit fast. The best part of the room are the 2 double beds which can feet 2 adults and they provide 2 pillows each!! The blankets are thick, clean, soft and comfy!!! The mattress are perfectly firm and soft. The pillows are fluffy and soft!!! My godson loves Hilton bed so much so that he excitedly jumped on to the beds the moment he saw them. There are jacket hangers on the wall by the window and the window itself have blackout curtains and compartments. The hotel also has an indoor heated pool and a spa/fitness center. We never tried them due to our short span of time. Finally, other than our room the best part of our stay at Hilton is their breakfast buffet!! We look forward to it during morning and they offer the finest selections of Western breakfast like the bacons, saugages (my fave), potatoes, scramble eggs, french toast, assorted breads and pastries, fruits, yoghurt, cereals, assorted cheese, coffee/tea/milk/juices, beans, granolas to name a few. Seating by the Xmas tree is the perfect spot to have our breakfast at their THIRTY restaurant & lounge which has modern vibes and very cool dining!! Checkout is also fast and smooth!! So there you go Hilton Toronto Downtown center is the perfect place to stay for your Toronto adventures & escapades!!! Highly recommended and a must try hotel here at the heart of Toronto’s downtown area!! See you soon Holiday Inn Toronto many thanks!!! 😊

GGuest UserFirst of all, I’d like to start by saying that this hotel truly has one of the best locations on the Canada side of Niagara Falls. However, my overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. Upon check-in, the front desk staff tried to upsell us to a “FULL VIEW” room. She kept repeating the word “Full View” and offered several options — 200, 250, 350 — without mentioning any currency. When I asked if there was a discount since I’m a Hilton Honors Gold member, she said she could reduce it to 180, and only then mentioned that it was in USD. I found that very confusing and misleading — we are in Canada, and unless clearly stated otherwise, I naturally expected the price to be in CAD. After some discussion, we decided to go ahead and paid an additional CAD 250 (equivalent to 180 USD) for the “FULL VIEW” upgrade. Our room was on the 40th floor (room 4001). But when we entered, we were quite disappointed to find that the main waterfall view was partially blocked by the building’s red roof structure, as shown in my attached photo. Paying that much extra for a partially blocked view felt very unfair. Later, I checked online (using a different date just for reference) and found that the upgraded room type was only around CAD 150 more on the website — which made me feel even more upset and taken advantage of. To be fair, all the lift and housekeeping staff we met were extremely kind, and our dinner at STK on the 9th floor was excellent — great food, service, and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the next morning was another big disappointment. Around 7–7:30 a.m., we were woken up by very loud construction noise — constant knocking, drilling, cutting, and buzzing sounds from above. We couldn’t rest at all. I called the front desk, and the staff apologized and explained that there was renovation work happening on the 41st floor, offering us a late check-out so we could “rest more.” But with the ongoing noise, that was simply impossible. What frustrated me most was that nobody mentioned this renovation during check-in, especially when the staff was actively encouraging us to upgrade the room. Since they were clearly aware of the noise situation, they should have informed us before we paid the upgrade fee — so that we could make an informed decision. I completely understand that renovations are sometimes necessary to keep a hotel in good condition. But the way this was handled showed a real lack of consideration for current guests. Starting such loud work early in the morning, without warning, is unacceptable. And upselling guests into rooms directly below an active construction floor without disclosure is even worse. Considering all of this — the misleading currency during the upsell, the blocked view, the inflated upgrade price, and the unbearable morning noise — I honestly felt that guest satisfaction wasn’t a priority here. It gave me the impression that the focus was more on making short-term profit than on building long-term trust or encouraging repeat stays.

GGuest UserWhen it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning. The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later. While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit. Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room. Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.

BBarryWRoom cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd. We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers.. A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out. In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve.

GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ. The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
