Very Good
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is good for a short stay. The rooms are a little outdated, but they are comfortable. The housekeeping staff is very rude. The front desk staff, however, is very friendly. There is plenty of free parking.
FFaith LobatonWe had a great stay at Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto! The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
The only small downside was the hotel parking, which was a little pricey at $40 per day. However, there are plenty of cheaper parking options nearby, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!
AAnonymous UserThe shared shower room is *too* shared, meaning there's nowhere to put your personal toiletries. A simple breakfast is provided in the morning, which is nice. I liked that the beds have curtains. It's great that shower towels are provided for free. There's a 24-hour convenience store right out front. However, there are homeless people around 24/7 next to it... It's unnerving when they all stare at me at once... I felt scared both day and night. Some homeless individuals stand by the convenience store door, holding it open, then demand money after opening it for you. I know how to open a door myself, and I never asked them to open it for me... I was sharing a room with someone from a country known for poor hygiene, and they had a strong, unpleasant body odor. It was truly agonizing. My request to switch rooms was not processed, apparently because there were no other rooms available.
GGuest UserThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

GGuest UserHorrible room #210. View was a window washing stage right at window. Compressor or machine of some kind ran all night. Hotel was booked solid with competitions and other Wyndham hotel guests were there due to water problems at hotel. I booked early so should have gat a decent room. Booked for 3 nights, left after 2. Felt like the worst room in the basement!! Have been numerous time with no issues at all. Ruined my birthday weekend. Maybe because we booked through you…is that possible??
VVisitor1Great location, can see fireworks at the falls from our room directly (cant see the falls) and short walking distance to Clifton hill. The luggage storage was very nice and safe, they provided a room with a lock on it.
However, the fan in our room was a bit noisy, also amenities are down in the reception, which is self served. Toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers were not provided. Also not to mention the water pressure was weak for the shower. Also found a spider on the night stand. Overall, it is what you will expect for a 3-star hotel, and the price decent given that it is near tourist attractions, except for that spider.
Kkyes123nice little place pool was warm wish the slide be open more days then fri n sat had a park side view not much there but atleast nice lil balcony
RRachel 0626The room gets great natural light, almost like a guesthouse co-living setup. It's fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and even a kitchen. The bathroom also has shampoo and shower gel. The hosts are very responsive and helpful with any questions. The room itself is cozy and smells lovely. There are even entertainment options like board games! Downstairs, you'll find convenient fast-food places, Japanese restaurants, and an ice cream shop. A short walk away is a huge supermarket. Families should confirm with the host whether their room type requires a shared bathroom; they'll reply to messages on Trip.com. If a family of four books two rooms in one unit, it would be absolutely perfect. The balcony view is also beautiful.
KKelanhuanaThe hotel is very close to the Grand Falls, so the location is excellent. Although the facilities aren't brand new, it's clean and the environment is top-notch. There's free coffee in the lobby, and the service is warm and attentive.
