Traveling in Fujian with my son, we chose to stay here the night before our flight for convenience, as it's very close to Gaoqi Airport. The hotel offers a 24-hour airport shuttle service, which was incredibly helpful. While the hotel was built in 2019 and the room facilities are a bit dated, the service was good, and the breakfast met our needs. The hotel's location is also quite convenient for getting around, and it's very close to the popular spot near Gaoqi Airport for plane spotting.

I came to Xiamen for a business trip and saw this hotel on Ctrip, so I booked it. The price was great, the environment was very clean, and it's super close to both the airport and the train station. They even have an airport shuttle service, which is a really nice touch. The front desk staff were also very considerate, asking about my travel times and so on. I highly recommend this hotel!

The service is very comprehensive. Housekeeping cleans the room regularly every day, and the hotel's security management is very thorough; you need a card to access the elevators. Food deliveries are even made by robots, though they can be a bit slow if multiple people order at once. It's also quite close to Zhongshan Street, just a 500-meter walk, and very near the subway, making transportation convenient. Ordering food delivery is super easy here.

## Review **Facilities:** The hotel's facilities are quite comprehensive. The bathroom in the room has a wet/dry separation. There's also a projector, a large table where you can place a lot of items, and a spacious booth that's perfect for luggage and clothes. **Cleanliness:** Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the cleanliness. For this price point, the cleanliness far exceeded my expectations. There were no hidden dirty spots anywhere; even the pendant lights were spotless. The white bed linens and duvet covers were free of any stains, making for a very comfortable and reassuring sleep. **Environment:** The hotel is located right by a main road, and the beach is just at the end of it, making travel very convenient. It's about a 5-6 minute walk to the subway station. While it's not directly on Zhongshan Road, it's not far, and it's very close to all the attractions. During my stay, getting to all the sights by taxi was very easy and quick. A taxi to Xiamen Station takes only about 15 minutes, and Xiamen North Station is directly accessible via Metro Line 1, which I found very convenient! **Service:** From the moment I walked in, the front desk attendant's service was very pleasant. Check-in was incredibly fast. After adding the concierge on WeChat, I received useful information including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi password, and local guides, which were very helpful and practical. The cleaning staff were also very warm and attentive; they patiently answered all my travel-related questions! I'm very satisfied with this stay at Zhenyue! šŸ‘

I initially chose another hotel, but wasn't satisfied. Then I came to Lan Ou Hotel, and it felt like a breath of fresh air. The room has a big bed and a comfortable sofa to lounge on. It's located next to a residential area, so it's super quiet at night for sleeping. They even offer Fujian local snacks for breakfast! The hotel front desk service is also very attentive; they were still actively answering questions even near midnight. I'd recommend this place to anyone flying in or just arriving in Fuzhou. Plus, it's close to a street full of delicious food. Definitely avoid hotels near the highway; they're noisy at night. In short, if you're in Fuzhou, choose Lan Ou!

The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's a mere ten-minute walk to Sanfang Qixiang and Wuyi Square, and there are countless snack shops right outside the door. The front desk staff were efficient and accommodating, especially with luggage storage. The room was spotless, the mattress was comfortable, and the soundproofing at night was excellent, ensuring a peaceful sleep. This place is so convenient for exploring Fuzhou's food scene and sights, offering great value for money. I'll definitely book here again on my next visit.

recently had the pleasure of staying at puyou, and it was truly a world-class experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. The Accommodation: The room itself was a masterpiece of design and comfort. It was impeccably clean and featured high-end amenities that made the stay feel very indulgent. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. I particularly enjoyed the attention to detail, from the ambient lighting to the stunning view of the city through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

First off, the hotel's location is fantastic. It's right next to Zhongshan Road and within walking distance to Bashi Market, making it super lively at night with tons of food options. Secondly, getting around is a breeze. There's a bus stop right outside, making public transport very convenient. Plus, there's a ferry terminal directly across the street. If you're coming back from Gulangyu, you can take a bus from Sanqiuming Pier to this ferry terminal, cross the road, and you're pretty much at the hotel – no need for a taxi or another bus! Finally, the security is top-notch. You need to swipe your card twice to enter: once to take the elevator to your floor to find your room, and then again to get into your room. This is the first hotel I've stayed at with this kind of system, and it really made me feel safe and secure!

GGuest UserThe room is well-decorated and equipped with a high-end feel. The privacy is very strong. It is relatively private and far away from the hustle and bustle. There is no phenomenon of people opening the curtains. This B&B is located in Nanmen Bay. Lying on the bed, you can see the boundless sea at a glance, as if you are in the middle of nowhere. On the sailboat is the room closest to the sea that I have ever experienced

YYappariStory⭐ 5/5 — A Truly Exceptional, Warm-Hearted Stay at Zengcuo’an Village ⭐ I travel often and have experienced many different types of hotels and accommodations over the years. From 25 Nov 2025, I stayed at Hua Cai Xiao Zhu Ā· Florich 民宿 (ēŽÆ岛南č·Æę›¾åŽåžµåŗ—) for 12 nights, and extended my stay by another 3 nights because it genuinely felt like home. That alone says everything. 😊 From the moment I arrived, the experience was not just comfortable, but deeply warm and reassuring, thanks to the owner and housekeeper who went out of their way to make sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. šŸ™ I stayed in the Huacai Balcony Tub Room on the 5th level. I believe this is the only accommodation in Zengcuo'an that has an elevator. The room was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The large bathtub and giant HD projector made every evening wonderfully relaxing. The balcony overlooks Zengcuo’an Village and is just 50 metres from the village church. I even enjoyed a beautiful sunrise at around 6:30am right from my room. šŸŒ„ The location is outstanding. It’s about 200 metres from the main entrance of Zengcuo’an Village, surrounded by everything you could possibly need. There are countless eateries nearby, including my personal favourite right in front of the accommodation — ē¦é¼Žč‚‰ē‰‡å°åƒåŗ—, run by the warm and amiable ē¾Žé‡‘姐, a 56-year-old local lady (highly recommended!). šŸ˜‹šŸ˜‹ Convenience stores, fashion and accessory shops, souvenir stalls, luggage shops, spas, travel agencies — and even a McDonald’s — are all within easy reach. šŸ‘šŸ‘ Several attractions are also within walking distance, including Pearl Public Beach and Music Square. One of the smartest ways to explore Xiamen is the CNY 50 hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus (24 stops), with the bus stop conveniently located right in front of the village on the right side. It’s honestly the most affordable and efficient way to see the city. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, were the people. šŸ‘¬šŸ‘ The owner, č®ø老ęæ, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He patiently gave directions, recommended places to visit, pointed out nearby essentials like the bank and pharmacy, and even allowed me to store my luggage while I was away for a few days. When I checked out, I was down with a cold — he not only helped with my luggage, but also personally drove me to the airport, making sure I arrived safely. That level of care is rare. šŸ’ÆšŸ’ÆšŸ’Æ The housekeeper, 秀容, is equally wonderful. Always smiling, always attentive, she made sure I was comfortable every single day — from providing extra water, tissues, and towels to quietly checking that everything was in order. Her warmth made the entire stay feel effortless and homely. . One last tip: don’t miss the sunset. Walk across the overhead bridge from the village and enjoy the beach scene between 4:30pm and 6:30pm — it’s absolutely unforgettable.🌻🌷 Overall: highly, highly recommended. Hua Cai Xiao Zhu Ā· Florich 民宿 (ēŽÆ岛南č·Æę›¾åŽåžµåŗ—) is more than just a place to stay, it’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for. If you’re visiting Xiamen, this is truly one of the best choices: a 3-star property delivering 5-star service and comfort. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

JjoanyeeThis is a chain hotel, and it's the first time I've stayed in one this bad. The soundproofing is terrible; I could hear the water and drain sounds from the shower upstairs, and I could hear conversations from the next room clearly. The room was incredibly small, not even enough space for one suitcase. There were no hangers, and the laundry facilities were even worse – just an old top-loading washing machine, with no dryer. And the pillowcases were torn but still in use. It's a brand-name hotel, so why are the facilities so poor? I can't understand it.

HhkustsungodExcellent stay! I received a free room upgrade, which included a bathtub and a wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The guesthouse lobby has two adorable cats, a British Shorthair named 'Jinbao' and a Golden British Shorthair named 'Zhaocai'. Zhaocai is quite a rebel and will playfully swat at anyone, but Jinbao is super friendly and lets you pet her as long as you have cat treats. The overall accommodation environment was fantastic. What was even better was their restaurant. We stayed for two nights and had all three of our main meals at the guesthouse. The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly suited our taste buds. In contrast, many restaurants within the Wuyishan scenic area can be hit or miss – I won't name names, but there are just too many 'influencer' spots. Right across the road from the guesthouse is 'Impression Dahongpao', which was a great show to catch in the evening. A short walk further is the Tea Culture Park, and if you follow the path deep into the park, you'll find a famous walking trail. Every weekend evening, there's a band that performs there for free. On the morning we went to the Wuyishan National Park, we even borrowed a traditional bamboo hat from the guesthouse, which was a fun experience. The only slight downside was breakfast; it wasn't quite to my liking as it was a bit greasy and salty. So, on the second morning, we went out for Zixi noodles instead. The soundproofing in the room could be better; I could hear conversations in the hallway in the morning, but it wasn't a major issue. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserI was looking forward to this hotel after seeing the pictures and reviews on trip.com, but it left a lot to be desired. -They don’t provide large towels by default. I assumed they forgot my towels, then when I asked they brought me a set but showed me the disposable ones that were sitting in the room. I couldn’t believe they offer the tiniest, thinnest packets and think that’s an acceptable replacement for normal towels. At this price point, that shouldn’t be a reality anywhere in the world— after countless dozens of hotels I’ve stayed at in China that’s the first time I’ve witnessed such a thing. -They leave the toilet scrubber in the bathroom too, which I also never saw after countless hotels in China; clearly that’s an antiquated practice and doesn’t inspire confidence in the cleanliness of a room. Cleaning tools like that shouldn’t be stored in the guest rooms. -The city view was okay but the window was filthy -The room is no-smoking but they leave an ash tray My booked room says the 20th floor— when I arrived, I lugged my heavy bags to the 20th floor, but they immediately redirected me; we went back down, exited the building to another one nearby, then they checked me into an old room on a 10th floor. I didn’t understand why they did this (that room reeked of smoke too), then we packed everything up and went right back to the original building, to the 20th floor like I booked. Clearly that could have been avoided if they communicated to me the reason for the switch (they said afterwards they were upgrading me to a bigger room? But it was nearly the same size and the 10th floor one was just older, smellier and clearly a downgrade. Odd decision on their part). I’m not sure if this hotel does the delivery robot like most others, I doubt it. Luckily I came to town a day early, so the extra day I booked allowed me to see the condition of the hotel and I was able to cancel the rest of the stay I had booked— but for a fee of over 500rmb. The vast majority of Chinese hotels on this site offer free cancellations but this one was costly. I switched immediately to a brand hotel to be safe— there are countless other options in Xiamen at similar prices, I’d have to recommend looking elsewhere.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, close to several major attractions. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, with the shower and toilet also being separate. The front desk staff are wonderful – very friendly, generous, and incredibly welcoming. The hotel breakfast is varied and delicious; we stayed for two days, and the breakfast options were different each day, which was a huge plus! šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘ There's free parking available, though the camera at the entrance sometimes has trouble recognizing license plates. All the hotel staff are lovely and approachable, I was very satisfied. Bottled water is provided daily, and they're happy to give you extra bottles whenever you need them. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Fuzhou for business or leisure.

AAnonymous UserOur stay was truly amazing — if the full score is 100, I would honestly give it 200! The room was exceptionally clean, and the host personally checked everything again even after the cleaning lady finished. The host was warm, generous, and always attentive. During check-in, she even shared helpful travel tips and recommended places to visit, which made our trip so much easier. Every day, they asked whether we needed room cleaning or a cup of coffee, which made us feel very well taken care of. The flowers and garden were personally maintained by the host, so the environment was beautiful and welcoming. The location was also incredibly convenient — just downstairs, there were plenty of food options, and even late at night, we could easily walk out for supper. Overall, from the location to cleanliness to the host’s hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place!
