Absolutely thrilled with this hidden gem of a hotel! It's super close to the airport and the surrounding area is really bustling. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly thoughtful. She called twice about our airport pick-up, but my phone was on silent so I missed it. Worried we might miss our flight, she actually came to find us in person – so, so dedicated! The room was also fantastic. Seriously, don't even think twice, just book it. I'm completely satisfied!!!

Our overall stay was fantastic! The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped at all. It had all the essential amenities, and the location was excellent, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel's prime location made getting around a breeze. The room itself was wide and tidy, with complete facilities and soft bedding, making our stay very cozy and comfortable.

The room is clean and elegant, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive and smart. The service is warm and attentive, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Falling asleep by the river is a delightful and healing experience, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended!

I was very happy with my room stay. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The projector was super easy to use, and I loved that I could watch Tencent videos for free. The Xiaodu smart assistant was also really convenient, letting me control the air conditioning. Wow, the cleanliness here is exceptional! The housekeeping staff were also very friendly; when I asked for my room to be cleaned, they came right over with a smile. There are lots of great food options nearby, plus MixC, and especially Dongmen Old Street is very close, which is super convenient. I truly love it here and will definitely be back!

The room facilities are incredibly comprehensive; it even has a washing machine and a kitchen, which is unbelievably convenient for long-term business travelers! No more worrying about laundry, and you can even cook simple meals yourself, which is both healthy and hassle-free. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good, so I got a really solid rest.

I genuinely recommend staying here! The room was spotless and well-equipped, truly feeling like a home away from home. The sixth-floor sky garden was quiet and relaxing, and it's within walking distance to COCO Park, making it very popular with guests from Hong Kong, Macau, and other international visitors. I was lucky enough to be there during the May Day Coffee Festival, which was absolutely buzzing! The market was vibrant and full of atmosphere – lively and perfect for photos. It was also super convenient for getting around and shopping.

Warning! One corner of the building looks into a public school! Huge amount of noise coming from the school all day from early morning. Loudspeakers playing announcements and music. Children screaming. I asked them to change my room immediately and they kindly did. Make sure to avoid the corner around room 256! Otherwise the room was excellent. A bit small but very well designed, very comfortable. If it wasn't for the school next door I would give it 10/10.

We stayed at Park Shijia for about 4 days. The Staff were attentive when we had a little issue. The room for us all was spacious enough for us, as my Children are young. The great thing was the washer/drier unit in my apartment and so we were able to wash and dry with no issues. Although instructions are given on our booking, I would have liked more signage so that people who cant read the language.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the airport, which saves a lot of time – perfect for an overnight layover. The overall hygiene is impeccable; the room had no strange odors, and all facilities were complete and brand new. The staff were gentle, and their service was attentive and thoughtful. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a high-quality rest. The breakfast was also rich and varied. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover!
