The room was very clean and the environment was great. It's also very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The customer service was fantastic; they kindly upgraded me to a room with a window for free. I'll definitely stay at Yingbin Hotel again if I visit Guangzhou!

I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! The cleanliness is top-notch; every corner of the room is spotless, not a speck of dust, and the bedding is changed for every new guest, which is very reassuring. The facilities are excellent, with a washing machine, refrigerator, and even a large projector with a Tencent membership, so you can enjoy the comfort of home even while traveling. The hotel environment is fantastic, very comfortable and incredibly quiet, completely undisturbed by outside noise. The front desk service is superb; the ladies are all very enthusiastic. I added them on WeChat after checking in, and they respond promptly to any request, delivering items very quickly. The most pleasant surprise was when I casually mentioned wanting to see the light show, and the front desk immediately and thoughtfully arranged a suitable room. The view of the light show from the balcony was incredible, with half of the beautiful scenery in full view. The experience was amazing and definitely worth revisiting many times over!

We were satisfied with our stay. Rooms were quiet and clean. The staff were wonderful: the ladies who cleaned the rooms were friendly and thorough. (Special mention to 阿香!), and the staff at reception were helpful and friendly. The location was also ideal, just a short walk from the Yangyang bus stop from Zhuhai, and close to Qijiang Park and the bridge over to the Sunwen pedestrian street. Many eateries nearby. Highly recommend 粥天下 across the street- good food at good prices and nice staff. The bakery next door has yummy egg tarts…Two thumbs up for this hotel.

Great location in Guangzhou. One can reach here easily using metro from the airport. It’s easy to get around the city from this location as well (taxi, bus, metro or hail ride services). Nice room with all basic amenities. Great daily cleaning service. Good communication with host. The room could do with a mini refrigerator, a microwave, plates and cutlery set, at least. ☹️ However, overall, I did have a great time staying here in Guangzhou and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of traveling to this city.

Great value for money, I was very satisfied with my stay. The room had a balcony, which allowed for good ventilation, and even came with a washing machine, which was very convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was a separate kitchen where I could prepare light meals. The location is also very convenient, making it super easy to visit tourist attractions. Highly recommend!

This is definitely the right choice for business trips! When the front desk saw my cup was empty, they proactively refilled it for me – excellent attention to detail in their service. The hotel is close to the high-speed train station, and the lobby is decorated in a simple yet grand style, creating a comfortable environment. The hygiene standards are strict; the room was sparkling clean, and the towels and bath towels in the bathroom were disinfected, so I felt completely at ease using them. In terms of facilities, high-speed WiFi covers the entire hotel, the in-room TV supports screen mirroring, and there's a hairdryer – no worries for business travelers! Plus, I was able to get a 2-hour late check-out from customer service!

Great location, just a short walk to Paifang Street and 10 minutes to Guangji Bridge. You can get to Chaozhou Railway Station by taking the 2K bus for 9 RMB, which takes about 50 minutes. The guesthouse is clean, and the rooms are stylishly decorated. There's even a small bed with a tea table and set for enjoying tea indoors. The disposable toiletries are very convenient. The owner gave us a free upgrade. It's located within the ancient city, with plenty of snack shops nearby.
