Good value for money. The room is spacious enough, and it’s well-equipped with a kettle, safe deposit box, and a strong hair dryer (which I really appreciated).
However, a few things to note:
1. The drainage system needs improvement. Both the basin and the shower area tend to flood. When showering, the water usually rises up to ankle level.
2. While Google Maps shows the hotel as a 7–9 minute walk from the train station, it doesn’t reflect the fact that the route involves climbing up and down 3 flights of stairs. This might be manageable if you’re traveling light, but for us (with wheel luggage on a 3-week Europe trip), it was very difficult. To make matters worse, 2 of the station lifts were out of service.
3. Be cautious when storing luggage after checkout. Since my flight was at night, I left my luggage at the lobby, but the storage area is open and not secured behind the front desk. They simply hand you a slip of paper and you leave your bags there. When I returned, one of my suitcases had been pushed out into the open area (luckily, it wasn’t taken). Also, the receptionist didn’t check my paper slip when I picked it up. I was able to just walk in and take it.
It's a bit far from the station, but it's convenient to get around by tram, and it seems safer than near the central station. The plaza right behind the property made me feel especially safe.
Reviews seemed to have some issues with cleanliness, but I found it overall clean and comfortable, with no particular complaints. The breakfast was also decent.

For those who have been went to Japan before the room is standard size nice room and nice location staff are very friendly. For those who stay here at Main HbF go towards platform 1, there is a small exit there for you to go out turn right wall straight ( > 5 min) you will see the hotel is it suoer super convenient! ( ps : i fortunately took the disabled room it is very big and comfortable)
For the hotel : breakfast is really a question mark it is nice first of all , however it does not look like German neither Japanese style, i have no clue with it maybe can improve a bit
For solo'ers pls do becareful at night as a lot of ***** dealers and people asking for money around the station
Will definitely stay again hope my stay is longer in frankfurt
It's a 10-minute drive from the Roman Forum, with convenient parking available for 19 euros. However, there are hardly any shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, making it unsuitable for those relying on public transport. On the upside, the breakfast is generous, and kids stay and eat for free, offering good value for money.

Hilton, both domestically and internationally, generally sets the industry standard for accommodation. If you're ever deliberating over which hotel to choose and are worried about a disappointing stay, picking Hilton is always a safe bet—you won't be disappointed. Of course, if you're seeking something more luxurious or significantly more economical, then a bit more comparison will be necessary.
This particular Hilton boasts an exceptionally convenient location. A subway station is just steps away, and right in front of the hotel, you'll find charming cafes perfect for a quick coffee or drink, along with a supermarket. For groceries, however, I personally feel that Aldi (located about 800 meters away) might better cater to the Chinese preference for value for money. The European Bank headquarters and a pleasant park, ideal for a leisurely stroll and enjoying the sights, are also within easy reach.
I thought this place was fine. It was clean. The gym was a little bit lacking, but it was really cheap compared to other options of this level room was smallish, but plenty enough for solar travel and probably larger than most at this price and location.

We were attending the Frankfurt international book fair, and this hotel is quite close to the event place.
It was convenient. I wouldn't say the area is 100% safe, there's too many people doing *****, the atmosphere is a bit scary but nothing really happened.
It's quite an old hotel, but I enjoyed my stay overall.

The location is super nice being right near the main train station in Frankfurt. Also, the facilities are quite nice/acceptable especially for the price. It is like a regular small hotel room which is very comfortable. If you walk 30 seconds outside there are a few restaurants and convenience shops which are very handy as well.

SSoul PhilosopherI recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport and had a mostly pleasant experience. The apartment-style hotel room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-size bed that made for a restful night. The room’s design felt more like a cozy apartment than a typical hotel, which was a nice touch for extended stays.
The only downside during our visit was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. However, the hotel’s convenient location more than made up for this. Although there isn't a shuttle service to the airport, the train station is just a short 3-minute ride away from Frankfurt International Airport, making it very easy to reach.
Overall, it’s a great option for those looking for comfort and convenience close to the airport, as long as the aircon issue is resolved.
GGuest UserAbsolutely recommend this hotel 10/10. We were 3 girls, stayed for 4 nights in 2 king-sized double rooms and first of all, the rooms were amazingly spacious and pretty. Everything was clean and really enjoyed the hot showers after long day of sightseeing. The staff were really welcoming and accommodating, especially Namra and Kunal and although there were many other staff who also helped us throughout our stay, we couldn't catch all their names (sorry) but we will never forget their kindness. From borrowing us umbrellas for the day to filling our cup noodles with hot water late at night; they have been nothing but helpful and it was one of the best hotel services we had experienced in a long while. One thing we didn't realise was that there is no kettle in the room but if you ask the staff, they're always happy to provide hot water.
Next, the pricing! It was the reason that we chose this hotel as it was the least expensive option around but the quality, the service and the comfort was definitely the winner. I doubt that you could find a better place than Campanile for the price. Not to mention, when we checked out at 11, we were still able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we visited the town one last time which was incredibly useful. If we are ever back in Offenbach, we will be staying here, no doubt!
YYin ShanIt takes you less than 10 minutes walking from Frankfurt Central train station. Staff friendly and efficient - there was some little problem of the toilet flush. When we informed the reception staff, he arranged to change to another room for us. And lots of restaurants and other shops nearby.
AAnonymous UserIt's close to the central station, so it's easy to get around.
There's no air conditioning. There's a fan.
The room is relatively clean. There are no bedbugs.
