Hotel was quite ok . Break was very good 😌. Recipton staff wa good . But room service was poor. Location is excellent for business person. It is very near to main surat railway station. And very lively area. Textille market is walking distance for textille business person.😊😊😊😊😊😊

Sorry to say these but this should help to correct and offer better service. No wi-fi throughout the stay. The tea kettle nose was damaged. Shower sliding door I could not pull to close, Wardrobe magnet was so tight and opening was not smooth or easy). The ceramic cup and glass - both the designs were not good and comfortable to handle. I could see one cockroach(four pics but same cockroach). Interior design looked different(aesthetic?) but a few like door frame design, bed head board, bed side table (the very old model intercom was kept amost at floor level) were causing discomfort. I feel may be maintenance like polishing, repainting needed.

Property is close to the airport and airport transfer is provided by the hotel which is very convenient. Food quality and taste are very good. But the vegetarian buffet breakfast can be improved by including puri sabzi and buttermilk. Also, a bread toaster needs to be provided.
Otherwise, the service of the hotel is perfect. Rooms are spacious, neatly decorated and regularly cleaned. However, a firm bed would help to improve the sleep quality

The standard is the same as that of Japanese hotels.
There are chain restaurants such as McDonald's, Burger King, and Starbucks Coffee in the area, so you won't have any trouble finding food. The hotel restaurant also serves the spiciness at a level that even Japanese people can eat.

The staff are great. Really good service. Rooms are showing a bit of age… but they are clean. Comfortable. It’s good for RAJKOT.
Food is good in the restaurant. Although RAJKOT food is pure vegetarian. And fried. Cooked. Curried and oily.
There is an awesome pizza place near the hotel called LIETO ( Artisan pizza and more ) it’s the best in all of RAJKOT.
Great location but ask for a room that is NOT facing the street as the road noise and honking is unbearable

I didn't expect more from the hotel, but when I checked in, I found it was a very good hotel. But unfortunately, the strong smell of chemical gas was smelled at night, probably because it was too close to the chemical park.

GGuest UserThe room was claustrophobic for the price that was charged, also the room did not look that clean around the corners and inside the wardrobe. Ac remote did not work properly. Internet details were provided but after day 1 it was not working and even after informing them, i did not get the new internet details.

GGuest UserLocation is good .. but bank opposite there is a party hall so too noisy.. and it's on the main road.. close to NID and Manek chowk, law garden Vasna etc plus point for that. Check was bad as front desk staff very rude. Complained about this. Don't expect too many things for budgeted hotel. Neat and clean. They provide water bottle toiletries breakfast was good. towels only if you ask for it.
