The room was nice and it has smart tv but Wi-Fi is not the best. Some staff cannot speak English well and only one of them can. They were helpful even if language was a barrier.
The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre
The property is located in fatehganj, which is quite close to the airport. The rooms are of average quality, nothing outstanding or classy. The ac in the room initially allotted to us was not cooling. When we complained, then they showed reluctance in changing our room. We insisted that the room has to be changed, only then did so. The food was average. The staff was average, not quick and eager to serve. The ambience aand decor were alright. The food was also quite ordinary, nothing special. The level of general cleanliness was good. Bed linnen was average. The lights in the rooms located on the third floor were very dim, causing problems related to visibility

Shower sliding door I could not pull to close, Wardrobe magnet was so tight and opening was not smooth or easy). The ceramic cup and glass - both the designs were not good and comfortable to handle. I could see one cockroach(four pics but same cockroach). Interior design looked different(aesthetic?) but a few like door frame design, bed head board, bed side table (the very old model intercom was kept amost at floor level) were causing discomfort. I feel may be maintenance like polishing, repainting needed.
Stayed and used as workstation that is for few hrs. In day time. Reception is bit slow average 10 minutes for check in procedure though front desk staff is warm and helping. Room is very small that is after the bed hardly anyplace left to walk. Even working. Table is not easily accessible. Bathroom otherwise is quite ok with separate enclosure for loo, shower and sink. Also cupboard or shelf for cloth is inside the bathroom though meticulously planned. Also tried some food that looks over priced. The plus point is neat and clean environment all ***** room and washroom. Overall satisfying and pleasent stay for few hours timings
walkable distance from Railway station location is good because walkable distance to Temple also I can't say anything about food Because I didn't taken any food outside you have options Amenities is okay okay type need to improve More and services are good if you want to visit Bety dwarka they will arrange you auto and cab services overall I rate this property 4/5 good and comfortable stay

Internet details were provided but after day 1 it was not working and even after informing them, i did not get the new internet details.
