"Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Took the private pool villa and a premium king bed room. Both were attached to each other. It is a good combination for 2 couples. Price is ok for the experience. Food was excellent. King fish tawa fry was exceptional. Location is 10 km from NH66. The route via college road is less crowded. Rooms are great. Quality of accessories are good. Craftsmanship is remarkable. The service was good. The employees are polite, humble, on time, ... Didn’t use the beach as we were travelling full day. "

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel, despite the rooms being a bit cozy for 3 adults. The staff were super helpful and always willing to lend a hand, which made a big difference.
One thing to note is that since we visited during the off-season, room service wasn't readily available. However, the hotel did allow us to order food from outside and bring it into the hotel, which was a nice touch.
Overall, it was a nice stay and I'd definitely consider coming back. The staff's hospitality and willingness to help made up for the room's compact size.

Location : excellent many good restaurants around. Food : breakfast is below average though spread is good service: though checkin, checkout were smooth, room wasn't cleaned on day 2 of stay. Had to request to clean up. Overall room cleanliness is average. Stay here if you are looking for an option in whitefield and your budget is <3500

The hotel was good however too old and expensive for the price cu z the rooms were basic and not getting hot water was an issue. The mirror wasn't placed properly for anyone to get ready. After my complaint, the manager immediately took action and moved me to a better and upgraded room which was worth the price. Overall the hotel was average but the staff too good and the service as well. Restaurant food was great too. Close proximity to the it, golf, highway, main places. Good for business stays

Overall, the facilities were okay and the location was okay, but my room didn't have a hairdryer for some reason, and I was tired because I arrived at dawn, so it was a shame that the check-in time was too long.

Happened to book a room for 3 days stay. Was an ok room. The rest rooms could ve been cleaner. No shower caps. And d flush stopped working in d middle of d night. The food was good. Could ve been a better room for a 3 star hotel

Guest UserI had a fantastic stay at chancery pavilion The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city, yet it was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting banglore
