Originally, I only switched to Iceland in order to catch up with the storm and cancel the flight. People at the airport queued at the airport counter to book the hotel. I feel that if I go down this way, I am afraid I have to play at the airport. So decisively on the Ctrip query, watching the surrounding areas of the airport less and less, I almost did not seriously compare, set the four-bed family suite in seconds. When the taxi came to me in the middle of the night, my heart was still very embarrassing, and I felt that I was driving to a remote village. The morning storm stopped, the curtains were opened, and the coast dam was actually seen. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but the room has a simple kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, tableware. I walked in less than ten minutes and there is a 24-hour small supermarket, buy some milk, bread, cheese, ham, plus a travel companion. Instant noodles, children can eat very well! Did not drive, so did not ask the waiter whether there is a parking lot. I like the public leisure area here, the high frosted transparent roof, very bright! Not far from the airport, it is very comfortable to stay temporarily.
I booked the Aurora Hotel for my last night in Iceland because I had an early flight the next day. It's super convenient, just a five-minute walk from the airport. The room size was decent; I booked a double and it was very comfortable for one person. Returning the rental car was also a breeze, as the drop-off point is about a five-minute walk from the hotel. The only downside is that there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. I ended up buying pizza and drinks from the small supermarket inside the airport for dinner. Breakfast was fine, with some vegetables and fruit – enough to fill you up. Overall, its proximity to the airport is the main selling point, making it perfect for anyone with an early flight.
Location near the airport. We have a comfortable and restful stay in the cottage. The environment is so fresh, clean and quiet. There is Lupine just outside the room, a super nice view. We have a shared toilet with others, but the bathroom is so clean and spacious enough with a hair dryer, heater, shower gel and shampoo. Highly recommended!
This apartment is super cute. We loved the decor. We had everything we needed in terms of making meals for the family. The location was a quick drive from the airport and the owners were very easy to contact. We easily recommend and/or consider staying again.
It is necessary to call and have a password to receive the key. There are three bathrooms with a large space, including a microwave oven, an induction cooker, and pots and pans.
The hotel is close to Reykjavik Airport. You can take the bus to the hotel to check in before 12 o'clock. The boss will personally take you to the airport for 5mins at 5-8am in the morning. The hotel environment is very good, almost 5.6 domestic, this is less than 400.
It may be that Iceland's food and lodging requirements at this price cannot be too high. . . The front desk is open from 10 to 5 o'clock, other times you have to call by yourself. The room facilities are a bit old, there are not many things for breakfast, it is 10 minutes by car from the airport, the nearby supermarket restaurant is very close, and it is a walking distance.
With a stay at Keflavik's Ray of sunshine Hafnargata in Reykjanesbær, you'll be a 5-minute walk from Reykjanes Heritage Museum and 5 minutes by foot from Duus Hus Cultural Centre. This apartment is 13.3 mi (21.5 km) from Blue Lagoon and 31.2 mi (50.2 km) from Reykjavik Harbour.
Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 3 guestrooms, featuring kitchens. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
This hotel is very clean, the room was large and the bed very comfortable. It is situated on a little harbour and we had a nice room with a harbour view. There is a restaurant attached and the food was excellent. My only issue is that it is about a 10 min drive from the airport and the taxi ride one way was 42 euros which translated to $136 Canadian dollars round trip, that was a bit of a sticker shock for a 10 min ride (20 min total).

GGuest UserBooked a brief 6-hour overnight stay to catch a few hours sleep & a shower between long flight days, was worth every penny. Got in just after midnight in late June & took a pic of the ocean from my balcony, beautiful! Everything was clean, comfortable, & the staff very nice & accommodating. Hotel only a couple of miles from the airport.
JJaneLo007Facilities: Pretty good, basic necessities are all provided, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
Hygiene: good, clean.
Environment: Very good. Although the bathroom is shared, it is generally clean and the space is large. The hotel is very close to the airport, within ten minutes' drive.
Service: The staff has a good attitude. They arrived late at night and informed us in advance how to check in by themselves.

JJP90We booked the motel for our last night in Iceland to be as close as possible to the airport. You need only 20 minutes to Keflavik. The room has everything you need for a night and it was very clean.
The telephone contact to the check-in time arrangement was very friendly and uncomplicated. Also the self-check-in and check-out was easy and easy.
DDearSeanVery good hotel, excellent location, large public areas and very warm feeling. The room was the largest we stayed in Iceland and could easily spread out 2 boxes. Opposite is the lighthouse, the weather is clear, you can see the aurora directly from the window (sea view room can, the other side will have the light pollution of the airport). The hotel drives 10 kilometers to the airport and will pass a small town.
