Because it is a smoking room, there is a smell of cigarette smoke, which is not very friendly to me, but it is very convenient for smokers, as they can smoke directly in the room. You can take pictures of Mount Fuji directly outside the window, and the room is relatively large (compared to the room in Takadanobaba 1200đ). There is a tram stop just outside the hotel, making it convenient to travel.
I booked this room in Fujisawa mainly to visit Kamakura. The hotel is very close to Fujisawa Station, and there are plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and shopping nearby. It's also the starting point for the Enoden Line. The hotel is quite clean and worth staying at.
The room is relatively new, clean, and larger than the average Japanese hotel. It is very convenient to travel next to the subway, and there are food and shopping malls around
The location is great, within walking distance with good view of the station. Basic toiletries and complimentary items can be slightly lacking; you need to remember to take from the lobby communal counter. However, I was pleasantly surprised that they provide facial care sample packs as part of the amenities. Room is more spacious than expected, which is a bonus. Wireless internet is intermittent which may cause confusion. Overall good experience.
We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a relaxing environment. The amenities provided met all our needs and contributed to a smooth experience. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others seeking a quality accommodation.

Stayed here with a friend primarily for sightseeing in Enoshima. It was super convenient for getting around, being close to Shin-Enoshima Station. However, the in-room tablet wasn't connected to Wi-Fi, which made checking in and out a bit inconvenient as we had to call. While the amenities were good and plentiful, it was a shame that there was hardly any laundry detergent left on the first day of our stay, and we couldn't find any refills anywhere.
Despite these minor issues, overall, I'm satisfied. If you're considering it, you should definitely book!
Although the room was compact, it was clean, had a great view, and was comfortable. The building was new and the air conditioning was powerful. They had tried out a number of innovative ideas, such as using a copy machine at check-in, and I was able to experience a modern business hotel. The breakfast buffet also had different items each day, so I never got bored.
The hotel is about a 12âminute walk from KeikyuâKawasaki Station, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores along the way. Itâs a good option for travelers heading to Haneda Airport.
There are a few downsides:
1. Even though I booked a 26 mÂČ room, I could still only open one suitcase at a time. The layout is a bit oddïŒthe separate toilet and separate shower are almost the same size, and both are bigger than the small table area.
2. For guests staying multiple nights, the hotel doesnât automatically provide extra coffee packets or tissues. Thereâs a bathtub, but bath salts are only provided on the first day. Thereâs also no inâroom phone, so you have to go downstairs to the front desk if you need anything.
3. Breakfast is very simple. Itâs just three rice balls with a nice story behind them, but honestly, a more substantial breakfast would be more practical.
Overall, the hotel works fine for business travelers, but it doesnât really feel worth the USD 200 per night.

Amazing
From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be something special. This hotel exceeded every expectation I had. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was flawless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had one of the most comfortable beds Iâve ever slept in. What truly made this hotel stand out was the service. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and professional. If youâre looking for comfort, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place. I canât wait to come back!
Really enjoyed my stay at Toyoko Inn Chigasaki. The room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Location was super convenient, with easy access to the station and nearby supermarket. Breakfast was simple but genuinely tasty. We drove but didn't reserve parking ahead, had to park in the parking lot next door (1,000 yen for 24 hours). Overall, a great and reliable stay.
