Stayed at Tune Hotel Kota Bharu — simple, clean, and comfortable 👍
Room is compact but the bed and aircond were great. Located near KB Mall, so it’s easy to find food and shops. Street parking available, and check-in was smooth.
Good value for a short, no-frills stay. Would stay again.
Best hotel in KB so far.. i love the breakfast too despite Ramahdan month still many varieties at the hotel restaurant. Just a bit disappointed on the treadmills that require proper maintenance or perhaps get a new set.
A night at Jewels Hotel, Kota Bharu – charmingly modest yet full of pleasant surprises. We snagged a room for RM152, and despite its appearance as a budget establishment, it turned out to be delightfully comfortable. The room was spacious, elegant, beautifully furnished, everything one needs to unwind after a day of exploring.
Only one small hiccup: toiletries were basic — a 3-in-1 shower gel (shampoo + conditioner) plus towel, and that’s it. No toothbrush, paste, cotton buds and so on. If those were included, I’d be rating it an A+.
Some interesting colour: Jewels Hotel was formerly known as Habib Hotel and is part of the HABIB Group. Its theme, as you might guess, revolves around “jewels”, reflected in its decor and name.
All in all, for value and comfort right in the heart of Kota Bharu, it hits the spot — perfect for travellers on the go wanting something pleasant without breaking the bank.
Water pressure is super low. Take years to shower. Is super noisy the water pump.
The hair dryer is using other type of socket I can’t use at all. No tooth brush or coffee n tea. Overall very clean but location is far away and isolated .
Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids.
Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again.
Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6.
Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side.
Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking.
Overall, all is good.
This is my first tine come to gua musang, after check in i’m found out this is really a good hotel with accordable price, the staff is very helpful and friendly.
My stay at this hotel was incredibly satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation access. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were complete, with great bathrooms and air conditioning. The front desk service was also very friendly; both check-in and check-out were smooth. The overall environment is quiet, making it very suitable for sightseeing or business trips. It offers great value for money, and I would recommend it to friends and would definitely stay here again.
Clean, spacioud and well equipped 1 bedroom apartment. Very convenient for anyone with meeting or urusan at hospital HRPZII or nearby Wisma.
Very close to KB mall across the road and only 5 minutes by car/grab to Aeonmall.
Ground floor has a few cafes & restaurants; Coffee Bean, Nasken and e-mart24.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and bigger than the same category. It is clean with a good in-room amenities, however they don't provide toiletries in the bath room.
Check in procedures is very good and fast. The reception is very helpful. Location is also very good, as there are many Banks and restaurant nearby. They even have their own restaurant opposites the hotel.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious and comfortable, and even came with a large wardrobe for hanging clothes. The bathroom was also a good size. An iron and hair dryer were provided in the room. However, toothpaste was not supplied. There was ample parking available for guests. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
AAnonymous UserThe room was comfortable, but cleanliness was an issue. The TV channels were difficult to use. I tried repeatedly to reach customer service via WhatsApp and phone calls, but received no response. Check-in instructions were only provided on the day I was due to check in.
The location is strategic, close to shops in the city center. The elevators were fast. Security was good, and parking was convenient. The Ibis cafe was also enjoyable.
However, the area leading to the parking lot felt quite run-down despite being new. It was full of cobwebs, and the lights weren't working.
