The hotel is centrally located and a walking distance to the State Mosque. We have stayed here several times before and satisfied with the room and services. The room was clean and quite spacious with a nice view of the town.

We recently stayed at the Genting SkyWorlds Hotel (formerly known as the Theme Park Hotel). While the name has changed, the charm of the location remains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, specifically for the stunning mountain views from our balcony. However, there were a few issues with the room maintenance. Upon check-in, we found stagnant water and debris in the bathroom sink, which wasn't the best first impression. Additionally, we noticed a persistent smell of cooking/food in our room, suggesting we were located perhaps too close to the hotel kitchen or a nearby restaurant ventilation system. Interestingly, we found ourselves spending more time relaxing in the room than exploring. Genting has become very commercialized, feeling more like a giant shopping mall and entertainment complex than a nature retreat. Aside from the view from our balcony, the 'green' side of the highlands is fading. Despite the cleaning issues, we still had a pleasant, relaxing time and would return for the atmosphere.

The hotel is located right at the city center, room is clean, come with free none-covered parking, not convenient if raining. no other facilities provided in this hotel, no cafe and no breakfast provided, anyway there are food court nearby and many restaurants within walking distance from hotel. This hotel require maintenance. Room 803 assigned to me is having water pipe leaking, the toilet floor is wet all the time. water pressure is good, aircon is cool and wifi is available for light usage only, not working on Youtube. However, 5G signal is very strong here, so using your own mobile data is not an issue at all.

Everythings just good except bed. Bedsheet seems like not change because i saw stain at many part of the sheets. Duvet cover have lipstick stain. I've experienced power shutdown last time in my room. Already call the receptionist, then they said will send technician in short time. I wait almost 5min. Then call receptionist again. 1min after that the technician just come and do his work.

Let me tell u about the toilet, as no review about it yet. I am so thankful to select this hotel as the toilet is spotless clean and up to my expectation. The water pressure is good eventhough we were on the 8th floor. And just look at the view. Super nice and u can see the river and the tower. We had a room with balcony. So the view is spectacular.

I recently had the chance to stay at Adena Beach Resort, and honestly it turned out to be a really refreshing getaway. The biggest highlight is definitely the private beach. Waking up to the sound of waves and being able to walk straight to the beach in the morning is something you don’t get everywhere. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a slow morning walk during sunrise. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a relaxing view that makes you feel like you’re truly on a break from the city. The resort itself has a calm atmosphere — not overly crowded, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was the friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, the service felt warm and welcoming. Small gestures from the team really made the stay more pleasant. If you’re looking for a quiet beach escape in Pahang, especially near Kuantan, Adena Beach Resort is definitely worth considering. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, breathe, and just enjoy the sea breeze for a while. Would definitely come back again for another short retreat.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Classic Kuantan. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, providing a comfortable environment to relax. The front desk staff were very informative and helpful, making check-in and inquiries smooth and efficient. Parking was easy and convenient, which added to the overall hassle-free experience. Overall, it’s a well-maintained hotel with good service and practical amenities — a solid choice for anyone visiting

The room is as what was advertised - body and hair shampoo provided. Room is clean. Towels are clean but you can see they are abit worn out. I am not complaining given the price we pay. There are 2 hotel reserved parking lots and we have been lucky to be able to utilise them while we were there for 3 days 2 nites stay. Staff are helpful. We stayed on level 2 - the highest level. However, on Sat night, very late at night, maybe in the wee hours, we could hear furnitures being moved and dragged above us. The hotel may want to avoid such furniture move during these hours so as not to disturb the sleeping time of their guests

SSEE YOONG LOONI stayed at First World Hotel recently and it’s truly the definition of a ”hub.” You cannot beat the location—it’s directly connected to SkyAvenue mall, the Skytropolis indoor theme park, and the casino. Everything is just a 5-minute walk away. The Room: We stayed in aDeluxe Room. It was compact and functional, but very basic. No fridge or AC (though you don't need it with the Genting breeze). Note that the walls are thin, so if you have noisy neighbors, you’ll hear them. The Experience: The check-in process is almost entirely automated via kiosks. It’s efficient if you have your QR code ready, but the lobby can feel like a chaotic airport terminal during peak hours. Pros: Affordable, perfect location, plenty of food options nearby. Cons: Very small rooms, long wait times for elevators, no in-room WiFi (unless you pay or stay in specific towers). Verdict: Great for a budget-friendly weekend if you only plan to sleep in the room.

AAnonymous UserIt was a pleasant stay for us as the room is clean and spacious too. Really great deal for the price paid. The hotel even extend my check out time to 12noon as well I check in late the day before. One thing I’d comment is the parking lot - they seems to have a centralised carpark & it is quite far from where we stayed.

NNritaRindianiI had a really great stay at Imperium Kuantan. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Sea view from the balcony was amazing. The facilities and swimming pool were perfect for relaxing. The room also came with Netflix, which was a nice bonus for chilling at night. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the owner was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Everything went well throughout the stay. Overall, a very satisfying experience and I would definitely come again!

GGuest UserI booked the Royal suite but what I get like economy suite. No toiletries except hair shampoo and shower liquid. Slipper, oral care, face towel only sent upon request. Tissue box was empty. Asked soap bar for hand wash, the staff told me not provided. After I complaint the staff sent me a bottle of hand wash which like Belong to someone. My room has pool but only provide 2 bath towels. When request, can give another 2 only. Means I can enter my pool 1x only. If enter more no towel to use. Charge high price but provide below basic services . The reception counter is on top and get wet when raining. Only 1 person on duty, if this person go to toilet. Have to wait for her to come back. Breakfast very basic, less protein, no chicken nor fried or scrambled egg … just hard boiled egg cut into half for Nasi Lemak. Only 1 word: kedekut operator and lack of hospitality skills.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at Kea Garden Guest House and found several areas that could be improved. There were not enough pillows provided, which affected our comfort. The room felt quite warm even though the weather outside was cold. Having at least one fan in the room would be helpful, as the windows cannot be opened due to privacy concerns and safety reasons. The windows also cannot be locked, which feels unsafe. The TV had no selectable channels available. It would be better to provide Netflix or a similar streaming service so guests can relax at night, especially during rainy weather when going out is limited. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, possibly coming from the tiles or drainage. The iron is placed outside the room, which is inconvenient. It would be more practical to place an iron inside the room and simply check the room inventory during check-out before returning the deposit. Parking is also limited and shared with visitors who come to shop in the area, making it difficult to find parking. Overall, the guest house has potential, but improvements in room comfort, facilities, and safety would greatly enhance the guest experience.

BBrianMelchizedekOverall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable. The unit was clean and well-maintained, and the place itself feels modern and decent. Amenities are sufficient for a short stay, and everything worked as expected. Location-wise, it’s actually fine. While it’s not directly inside the main Genting area, I had no issues getting around because there is a shuttle bus provided to Resorts World Genting, which makes access convenient. Once you factor that in, the location works well. Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a good option if you want a comfortable stay near Genting without paying premium hotel prices. I would consider staying again.

Had unpleasent experience with food. Hope this place can improve on their food taste. Below average for the food price that is paid.
