I recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway near south of Manila. It’s near SM MOA, Ikea, Parqal, and other Manila Bay establishments. The room is small and does not have a view, but it is complete. The room has mini fridge, microwave oven, study desk, safety deposit box, hair dryer, bedroom slippers, and two (daily) free bottles of water. The toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothbrush, and body soap. We stayed for 3 nights, but the slippers were not changed and we had to request for towels (they quickly provided though). The highlight of our stay is the breakfast. They changed the food everyday, but I recommend that you try the pancakes and the noodle station.
Thank you sbbl. It was a great stay! The atmosphere was very nice because all staff are friendly and accommodating whenever we needed something/assistance. Buffet breakfast is the best and plated breakfast as well. Recommend staying here next time you are in Manila. My husband is an American who has a very particular standard for service at hotels, restaurants and anywhere else costumer service is required and he found no faults in the service here. From checking in to checking out, service is wonderful. Thank you and Mabuhay!
It's my first time to checked in with this hotel, but I got sad and frightened because when I checked the pillows on my room,I saw a blood on my pillow,it's really disgusting, so I call the front desk and tell him about the blood on the pillow. And he tells that he'll gonna ask the housekeeping to change it for me.This should be taking care of because in the first place, housekeeping can check it because they change pillows every room when they clean. They couldn't say that they didn't saw it,because the blood on the pillow was big,I think its a kind of laziness, because with their laziness, the hotel was seen things that would bear from the customers to go back again to their hotels.I think it was new,but why housekeeping don't do their job as good as to gove the people checking in feels comfortable and could would keep their minds that this hotel is capable to recommend to friends and relatives.I hope the management should take actions on this and be alert on their housekeeping because of their laziness, the hotels guests will get fewer and fewer.Thank you.
We chose Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport World Resorts primarily for its convenient location near NAIA Terminal 3 and its walking access via Runway Manila. While the location is definitely a strong advantage, it’s worth noting that the hotel shuttle bus does not operate until after 10:00 AM. The walk itself takes about 10 minutes, but the pathways are not very luggage-friendly — uneven and not ideal for rolling suitcases. In hindsight, it’s more practical to spend around ₱100+ for a Grab.
During a previous stay in November 2025, we had a very positive experience. However, this stay in February 2026 was quite disappointing. The room we were assigned was located right next to the expressway, and noise from passing vehicles could be heard at all hours of the day and night. Despite being on a higher floor, we also encountered mosquitoes in the room, and unfortunately, even a large cockroach appeared on the vanity while I was brushing my teeth — which was very off-putting.
Breakfast was simple and adequate, but we felt there could be more variety and better turnover of food options.
On a positive note, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating — especially with our request for a late check-out, which we appreciated.
It does feel like unless you pay for rooms facing the airport, you may be allocated less desirable rooms. Considering the price point — particularly for the Philippines — the room rates feel somewhat overpriced for $140-$170 AUD a night. Additionally, if you book through third-party platforms like Trip.com, you won’t earn IHG rewards points, which is something to keep in mind.
Overall, it was a standard stay, but given our previous experience, we had higher expectations and left feeling very disappointed. That said, the location near NAIA Terminal 3 remains a key advantage. We hope that continued loyalty to IHG might offer better experiences in the future, and we may consider staying again when traveling back to the Philippines.
This hotel is more suited for Chinese guests. From the moment you enter the building to the room itself, from the walls to the products, everything is Chinese. Even the toothbrushes provided have Chinese characters printed on them, and all the air conditioners and TVs are domestic brands.
Even the elevator lobby has two large Chinese characters, making you truly feel like you're in a building in China.
The environment is decent; it looks quite spacious and bright, but many areas are a bit old and some spots aren't perfectly clean. There were mosquitoes and a couple of small flies in the room.
It's very convenient to take a taxi to T1, making it suitable for layovers.
The hotel lobby also offers free coffee, juice, and water.

✨ MY ONE-NIGHT STAY NA NAKAKA-IMPRESS! ✨
So here’s the tea – I booked this place last minute kasi need ko lang ng quick stay before my flight, and WOW, ang ganda pala neto!
First things first: SUPERCLEAN TO THE MAX – parang bago lang talaga linisin ng nanay mo tapos ayaw mong makasira ng kalinisan haha! Tama sila when they said it’s newly opened – everything looks fresh pa, walang kahit anong amoy or dumi na nakikita.
Yung staff?
And syempre, malapit din sa MALL OF ASIA if you wanna do last-minute shopping or kain bago umalis/kapag dating mo.
Overall, sulit na sulit ang stay ko dito – if you’re looking for a hassle-free, clean, and budget-friendly place near the airport or MOA, this is THE spot na dapat mong icheck out! 🇵🇭
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. Water pressure in the bathroom was also good, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is very convenient, especially when it comes to food and coffee. There are plenty of options nearby, all within walking distance.
However, there were a few downsides. We were often woken up by hammering noises in the morning, which was quite disruptive. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t seem to be working properly, and the small fridge was also not functioning, so we couldn’t store our drinks. Additionally, there’s no room service. You have to order food and pick it up yourself.
Good Points:
1. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, only about 10 minutes away by taxi.
2. It is close to an LRT station, making it easy to travel to Manila city centre.
3. There are several nearby conveniences, including 7-Eleven, Jollibee, and other restaurants.
4. The room was clean and well-maintained.
5. The toilet and shower areas are separated, which adds to comfort and functionality.
6. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and fluent in English.
Areas for Improvement:
1. The room floor felt sticky and could be cleaned more thoroughly.
2. The shower room door design needs improvement, as water tends to spread বwhen showering
ung first room namin is super clean, malawak, mganda yung bed nbd halatang bagong renovate, but the problem is yung aircon, keep restarting kaya hindi lumalamig. then tumawag ako sa front desk, then nagpdala ng maintanance para icheck ung aircon, and recommend nya na ilipat kami ng room. nalipat kami ng room, malakas aircon, hindi sya ganun sa unang room, halatang luma ung room and ung bed umuurong.. pero ok lang kasi smart tv, ref and bathtub as i request meron, with window pa.

@@apieceofmykOverall: 4/5
Location: 4.5/5
Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee.
Value: 4/5
Reasonable for a short business stay, but parking has an extra fee.
Room: 3/5
The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music.
Cleanliness: 5/5
Bathroom was neat and well-maintained.
Service: 5/5
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Facilities: 5/5
Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda.
Final Take:
Good option for business stays and trainings. Not the most modern, but convenient and comfortable enough for short trips.
GGuest UserLocation is near from shopping mall. Very convenient and accessible. For the price if you are looking for the cheapest one without spend a lot of money then its a good choice specially if you are looking for sleeping room only. The staffs are all polite and willing to help. You must try🤗
GGuest UserExcellent location; close to SM Aura, Market Market, Bonifacio High Street, Venice Grand Canal Mall, Bus and jeepney terminal, and of course cats!!! We had an amazing stay here for 3 nights. We made use of the facilities such as oven, electric kettle, refrigerator hair dryer, hangers, and swimming pool. The hotel staff are warm and helpful . It would be nice to be back here! 💕

AAnonymous UserWe always stay at MySpace BGC when we have business in BGC because it’s affordable and accessible. Although small, the rooms do the job. Clean and comfortable.
AApple Ong Thong OonI booked 2 rooms from this hotel, the service and facilities is superb, definitely recommend if travel to Manila, hotel is also quite near to other popular destinations, around 20 minutes away by grab car to Intramuros, airport, SM MOA. There is also a mall at walking distance.
RralphianCockroaches were present in the room. The TV had no channels, so there was nothing to watch, and the WiFi connection was slow. The location was decent, being close to Trinoma, and the service was acceptable. However, parking isn't included and costs extra. Amenities were adequate, and the canteen was good.
