This hotel definitely caters to a lot of Chinese guests, not sure if it's Chinese-owned though. It absolutely blows other hotels out of the water – it's spacious, clean, and cheap, with a huge breakfast spread that has everything. The service attitude is also excellent. If I had to pick a fault, the Wi-Fi speed isn't the fastest. Highly recommend booking here.

Excellent value. The room was spacious, clean with plenty of light. The staff was helpful and very pleasant.

The front desk staff member was very helpful, basically fulfilling every request. The room was clean, with great attention to detail. The bed was comfortable, the mattress was cozy, and there was a window.

The room is quite spacious, and the lobby is also very bright. The staff are friendly, and the transportation is very convenient, with a shuttle bus directly from the airport to the hotel. There are also fast-food options nearby like McDonald's and Wendy's. Overall, it's pretty good.

The hotel was good and services were fine. Had a bad experience on the 1st day as wifi was out other than that hotel is good value for money.

Amazing breakfast! Made to order omelettes are great! Really nice staff; helped me with a toothbrush and toothpaste for my stay. Really saved me! The quick coffee at the front was much needed and great variety of options. Loved my stay!

The staff are nice and friendly. We got a corner room. The room is super spacious and comes with air conditioning, a heater, hot water for the shower, and a fridge. A microwave and an ice cube machine are available at the concierge level .Very nice backyard to enjoy your breakfast, there is cafe and bar at the next door. The room is old, and the floor is covered by thick carpet but makes squeaky sound when you walk. But no complaint since all basic needs covered. Paramount studio is within walking distance about 10mins walk. A LADOT bus stop just infront of the building. Location is convenient. Gas station is just opposite. Carpark is available with extra charge USD18/night. Room costs S$852 for 6 nights. Not sure if it’s cheap or expensive.

The hotel was very nice! The rooms were clean and modern and the service was great. We thought there would be a microwave in the room and there was not, but there was a sizable mini fridge so that worked for us. The continental breakfast was included in our stay and it was great! Several options and the food was very good. The room was quiet and it was located near many attractions, such as the Museum of Natural History. It was only about a 10-15 minute drive to the beaches and the SB Zoo as well. We had our 5-year-old with us and it was family friendly. Overall, a really wonderful stay.

We arrived at 1230pm, and the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in early without extra charge. Room was modern, clean, location was convenient (Dennys and Mac's just nearby). Bed was comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer, you just have to put 2.50 for normal wash and 2.50 for normal dryer. Also located close to regional airport for us to catch a flight the next day. Complimentary breakfast was also provided which was a pleasant surprise. Everything exceeded expectations
