"By chance, I came to Hohhot and searched for the Dazhao Wuliang Temple here. It is the same source as the Beijing Lama Temple, but it is earlier than it! The silver like the bronze dragon mural, it is really beautiful, and I am breathtaking. Finally, I will push it. The fragrant gray glass here is perfect. The price is too high."
Hohhot.Dazhao Temple / Saishang old street
    2.3km from downtown
Highlights: Ih Juu Temple in downtown Hohhot was built in the 8th year of the Ming Emperor Wanli (1580) by Altan Khan, the leader of the Mongolian Tümed. The temple belongs to the Gelug (or Yellow) School of Tibetan Buddhism. Priceless cultural relics not to be missed on a visit to Ih Juu Temple include a silver statue of the Buddha Sakyamuni, the dragon columns and the colorful wall murals. The pure silver statue of the Buddha Sakyamuni in the temple’s main hall weighs 1,500kg. Immediately in front of the Buddha Sakyamuni are two golden dragons entwined around the columns, aptly named the Dragon Columns. Because the murals were painted with mineral-based colors, the colors remain bright and vibrant even today. The murals’ content is mostly classical stories from Buddhist scripture.

"This is a scenic spot on the side of Inner Mongolia, close to Shanxi. I drove from Shanxi. The road was 99 bends and twists. The bends and horns were all hurting. You must be mentally prepared. In the scenic area, the parking lot instructions are a bit unclear and may go wrong. However, the scenic spot is in Chuang5A, and the staff at the visitor center and the door are very good. You can drive into the parking lot closest to the attraction, show the electronic ticket in the car, and do not need a shuttle bus, which is very good. In fact, there are two Ω-shaped bays, Laoniu Bay and Qiankun Bay, which means that the introduction is not enough. We took a drone to Qiankun Bay at the entrance of the tourist service center. The cruise ship is the same size and the speedboat is very good, but the driver only cares about the boat, should stop, explain, and take pictures for tourists, so as to increase the fun. The geological science plank road is very interesting, and the viewing plank road is too sun-dried for several kilometers. When I went there in early August, there were not many people, and the villagers who sold were quite simple. The bathroom inside the scenic spot is very clean. It is worth a visit to like the mountain and river landscape, and I look forward to better development in the future."

"Just opposite Dazhao, there are many fewer people than Dazhao Temple, relatively quiet, not so commercial, and there are many pigeons in the temple. One big point is the Buddha pagoda in the temple, which has gathered a lot of elements, and you can do some strategies in advance to see it."

The walls are decorated with colored glazed bricks, which form various patterns and patterns, which are dazzling and full of strong artistic effects. In front of the main hall, you can also see the "Pingding Galdan Jigong Monument"; in the southeast of the temple, there is a white tower, 15 meters high, very majestic. Every year, Xi Lituzhao also holds religious activities such as Buddhist meetings and dancing "Qiamu", which are very lively. "It seems to be a street of antiques and small commodities, but in fact, the price is not expensive. Compared with the small commodities bought by the attractions in Inner Mongolia, the price here is cheaper. Just walk around, and finally buy some gadgets."
