Highlights: Hubei Dakou National Forest Park is located in Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province, at the southern foot of Dahongshan Scenic Area, 30 kilometers away from Zhongxiang Yingzhong City; it is adjacent to Taizi Mountain in the east, connected to Qujialing in the south, connected to Zaodang Line in the north, and overlooking Hanshui in the west; the total area is 1,590 hectares, with a forest coverage rate of over 90%. The park has a subtropical monsoon climate, with a unique microclimate, no severe cold in winter, no scorching heat in summer, abundant rainfall, and an average annual temperature of 15.9℃. The park is mostly low mountain landforms with an average altitude of 350 meters. Deciduous broad-leaved forests and mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forests are the main vegetation in the park.
