The Aachen Town Hall is home to about 50 German rulers, including the 31 emperors crowned in Aachen. Statues adorn the face of the building, treasures are displayed in the towers, and the Emperor's Hall is decorated with frescoes. Brilliant and beautiful!

Show More ReviewsThe stone pillars or niches on the front of Aachen City Hall are carved with full-length portraits of German emperors of all dynasties. The entire building is magnificent and elegant, and has an extraordinary momentum. Many emperors also held banquets or held meetings in the coronation hall of the city hall.
