Baltimore has a different feel now.

We went to see the Charlie Wilson concert and the show was great. We bought lawn tickets and it was raining. The staff offered us comp tickets under the pavilion. Gotta love that definitely will go back.

Love this place!

I personally love this venue, small enough to feel fairly intimate under the pavilion, but has the lawn to be "under the stars" if that's your jam. Sound quality is reasonable IMO, and the views of the harbor are spectacular on a clear night. This said it's a little hard to see the stage from the lawn if you're not near the front, and of course the drink prices are high unfortunately ($17 for 24oz domestics at time of review, I think), but otherwise it's great!

Seats are too close and venue is not sloped

The seats are too small and too close together which makes the whole experience uncomfortable. It’s like being jammed into a 4,000 seat airplane. I think that causes people to feel on edge. Also the venue is not sloped like theatre or stadium. Instead it is almost horizontal. So if you or your guests are not at least six feet tall, you will not see anything. The venue made buying alcohol very convenient and it seemed like the crowd was overly drunk and rowdy.
