GGuest User: All employees were kind and helpful, even upgraded us to a corner king room on their own accord! I picked this hotel because it was in the center of everything we wanted to do on the rainy weekend we came out, it being a historic hotel was a nice bonus. Lobby was elegant with a bar and attached restaurant, room was clean. Only down side is the shower head being on the shorter side for my 6'2” fiance but he managed just fine. Valet is $50/night but I'll take knowing my car is safe and can use it whenever. Would absolutely stay again whenever we come back out to visit!

ZZHU: Hotel location is very good. Just in the port area. The scenery in the next round is very good. The hotel's daily store is also delicious. The main one is very safe. Compared with other four seasons, the obvious feeling is that the sanitary preparations are slightly inferior. There is actually a dead ant under the pillow. There are mosquitoes in the room, 16th floor, I really don't know where to come... Oh, the breakfast environment is also very good, overall good, recommended!

GGuest User: The hotel is across from the north gate and sports field of JHU. Most of the people staying in this hotel are JHU parents. The price is high during the school season. The hotel hardware is old, especially the anti-collision strips at the corners of the bed are aging and falling off. I bumped into them several times when walking and had to put a paper bag there to remind myself to avoid them. The decoration of the bathroom is also old. The service staff is friendly and the front desk staff will take the initiative to greet.

GGuest User: The room is spacious, suite-style, with a microwave, dining table, sofa bed, and walk-in closet—very convenient. There's iced water and coffee available downstairs. The lobby has plenty of seating, including charging stations and work areas.

GGuest User: The hotel rooms are very clean and tidy, and comfortable, 🤗 but there is no place to eat around to find a restaurant is difficult, but the victory is quiet, next door there is a casino you can go to eat, others really no 😅

GGuest User: The good news is, the rooftop restaurant is very nice with beautiful views, a lively bar and imaginative cocktails plus good food. The hotel room we had was a bit run down. The tub didn’t drain properly, the makeup mirror was smudged, the pillowcase had a hole, and the room just seemed tired. It needed a chair. Other than the bed, there wasn’t any place to sit. I think there’s hotel needs a refresher.

AAdam William: The Hotel Indigo in Baltimore is one that provides comfort, access to quality restaurants that represent diverse cuisines, and customer service with personality and a smile. The food menu is sufficient and the bartenders are well versed in creating whatever cocktails you may enjoy. The rooms are quiet, the water pressure is strong, and the cost is competitive. I stayed 2 nights and when I checked out late, the hotel had no issue with it. I was able to walk from the Penn Station to the hotel with no difficulties.

NNifengyan: Staying in this dangerous city was unsettling. Parking is across the street, and the overnight fee is $25. The front desk was generally friendly, but the free breakfast was minimal. The luxurious ocean view photos on the homepage don't reflect the hotel at all, so be prepared. The free coffee at the wet bar was delicious, though! The room was very clean, but it had an expensive alarm clock that was incredibly frustrating. The previous guest had set it to 6 p.m., and it kept going off, preventing us from getting a good night's sleep. The soundproofing on the windows was also mediocre, and the roar of cars was a constant. The supermarket chain here suggests the city's overall affordability and wealth are low. The crime rate is reportedly quite high. I recommend stopping by for seafood; there's no need to stay here!

The American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore is quite unlike the traditional art museums you'd expect to find in a major American city. Dedicated to self-taught artists, it's packed with imaginative creations, colourful mosaics, unusual sculptures and artworks made from the most unexpected materials. Even the building itself deserves attention, with its shimmering mirrored exterior reflecting the daylight. And then there are the outdoor installations, including an enormous golden hand and a wonderfully eccentric wind-powered sculpture. It's the sort of place where you might spend ten minutes photographing something before realising there's an even stranger creation just around the corner. What makes this museum particularly appealing for photography is the sheer variety. You've got reflective surfaces, intricate details, oversized installations and colourful exhibits that look completely different from one another. Some artworks are humorous, others are surprisingly thought-provoking, and many have fascinating stories behind them. I'd recommend allowing at least a couple of hours rather than rushing through, especially if you enjoy photographing unusual places. Just remember to check the photography restrictions inside the galleries. It's difficult to imagine leaving here with only a handful of pictures. #photospothogging #travel #thingstodo

It’s about an hour’s drive from Lisbon. We arrived in the morning. The parking lot is outside the town, a five-minute walk away, and we entered through an archway. The town sits on a hill. The walls are stone, with half-peeled whitewash. The cobblestone streets are narrow, with houses packed tightly on either side. Rows of flowerpots line the windowsills, their leaves glistening from the rain. The wind sweeps through the alleys, carrying the scent of damp earth. I started by walking the city walls. They’re open all day and don’t require a ticket. The loop isn’t long; it took me 40 minutes at a leisurely pace. The top of the wall is just a narrow path with no railings, and the wind makes you feel a bit unsteady. Looking down, you see red tiles stacked layer upon layer, with a few chimneys puffing white smoke. If you’re afraid of heights, you’ll want to come down after a section or two. There are two sets of stairs to access the wall: one by the city gate and one at the entrance of an inner alley. I took the latter. The stairs are narrow, requiring you to hold onto the wall to climb up, and you really need to watch your step coming down. The stones on the wall are a mix of old and new. Some are dark with rounded edges, while others are lighter, clearly added later. I touched them, and the stones were warm, not the icy cold I had imagined. You have to watch your step while walking; the stones are uneven, and one section was even loose. The castle is now a hotel. The sign says "Pousada," and only guests can enter. I stood at the entrance for a moment, but all I could see was the courtyard and a few windows. Before I came, I thought there would already be a Christmas market in November. Actually, there isn’t. The Christmas village is called Vila Natal; it doesn’t open until November 28 and runs until January 4 of the following year, with tickets costing about €10. I arrived in the middle of the month, so the areas reserved for the stalls were all empty. Workers were still running wires, with coils of cable lying on the ground. 😅 Without the market, it wasn’t crowded. There weren’t many people on the street at noon. Restaurants had tables and chairs out, and owners were putting away awnings. It was 15°C during the day—warm when the sun was out, but chilly once it disappeared—and around 8°C at night. It’s started raining more lately. It gets dark at 5:20 PM, and the light turns golden after 4:00 PM. I popped into a restaurant for lunch and ordered soup and a piece of grilled fish. The bread was cold. There were only two tables occupied; the other had a family with a child who was busy counting plates. It was quiet, which was nice. In the alleys, besides shops selling fabric, there were others selling cheese and sausages. Whole wheels of cheese were displayed at the entrances, cut to order. I didn’t buy any, but I stood and watched for a while. This place has a storied medieval history. The castle built by the Moors still stands, and a Roman aqueduct winds around the outskirts of town, a series of arches stretching out. In the 13th century, King Dinis gifted this town to the Queen, a tradition followed by subsequent generations, leading books to simply call it the "Queen’s Town." Walking through the same alleys while thinking about this, the city walls feel heavier than they look. My favorite section is the path outside the city wall. The wall is on the right, trees on the left, and below lie fields and a few vegetable plots. At the corner, you can see the entire town perched on the slope—an expanse of white walls with spires peeking out against a gray sky. There was no one else on this path, just a dog that followed me for a while from behind a fence. In front of the town church, there are a few steps where two or three elderly people sat, speaking a language I didn’t understand. The alleys are so narrow you can’t walk side by side. Looking up, you see a sliver of sky, with laundry dripping water overhead. There are small windows on the walls; looking inside, it’s pitch black, and you can’t see a thing. The lights come on early in the evening. The lamps on the walls turn on right on cue, casting a warm yellow glow over the alleys and making the cobblestones glisten. Someone in the city gate archway was holding up their phone to take photos, their footsteps echoing against the stone. 📷 I had originally planned to stay until 8:00 PM to see the night view, but I got so hungry that I headed back at 5:40 PM. The few shops open in town only sold desserts and jams—no real meals. The archway leading out of town was very dark, with the wind blowing in from outside.

#fallcolors I climbed Federal Hill in Baltimore about an hour before sunset and claimed a spot on the grassy slope facing the Inner Harbor. As the sun dipped lower, the sky turned a deep sherbet orange, and the buildings across the water began to glow. The silhouettes of the ships in the harbor added a nice touch, and the whole scene felt both urban and oddly peaceful. Federal Hill Park is free to enter and open daily. I took the stairs up from the harbor side, which were steeper than they looked, and arrived slightly out of breath but just in time. The park was populated with a mix of tourists, locals walking dogs, and a few people setting up tripods. I wished I had brought one myself, as the low light made handheld shots tricky. Street parking nearby was metered until 8 p.m., and I paid about two dollars for an hour. After that, it was free. The temperature dropped quickly once the sun went down, and the wind picked up, so a jacket and hat would have made the experience more comfortable. My takeaway is that this is one of the easiest and most rewarding sunset spots in the city, especially if you want a view without hiking or driving far.

The Inner Harbor is a historic seaport, tourist attraction, and landmark of the city of Baltimore, Maryland. It was described by the Urban Land Institute in 2009 as "the model for post-industrial waterfront redevelopment around the world".[1] The Inner Harbor is located at the mouth of Jones Falls, creating the wide and short northwest branch of the Patapsco River. The district includes any water west of a line drawn between the foot of President Street and the American Visionary Art Museum

M30***41The park is actually a baseball field. Baseball has a large number of fans in the United States, just like basketball. However, since there was no game when we passed by, it seemed relatively deserted. We walked around and had a cup of coffee and then left.
东张西望望东西It's an extremely fun filled day at the zoo with your family and kids. Many different species of animals to see and learn about. Awesome exhibits. Great food. And many different gifts and souvenirs that you can buy to remember the fun filled trip to the zoo
SeaShellWhen you walk to the center of the exhibition, there are many nice exhibits to see as you walk, you also see videos that are played about every 30 minutes, which explain the history more clearly, it's a great place, the history is very interesting, and then when you walk out, you know so much more, you feel like history is repeating itself in front of you.
