Phra Sumen Fort

Near Pasauman Fort is an ancient castle in Bangkok, near the ancient city of Bangkok, built on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, is a castle with eastern features and western colors. The whole castle is mainly white, it looks very pure and romantic, and it is now an important palace for the Thai royal family, it is worth a visit.

This fortress is on the way to the Grand Palace in Bangkok. The fortress is painted white as if it is new, and there are not many tourists in the quiet park. Close to a tributary of the Chao Phraya River. There is no special introduction to the whole fortress. But by the river, it is conceivable that the fortress was important.

Built in 1782, Pasman Fort is one of 14 forts in the Old Man Valley. The castle is located in the northwest of Bangkok's ancient city, at the junction of the moat and the Chao Phra River, and next to the castle is Sant'Chapagan Park, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery on both sides of the Chao Phra River.

Passumman Fort is worth recommending, pure white castle, ancient cross-shaped wall, long and short ancient fort, and by the Zhao River, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of sunrise and sunset in the morning and evening.

Fort has been repainted/renovated so you can’t see the original structure underneath. Not much to do apart from look and take photos.

The atmosphere is very good, very peaceful, suitable for relaxation.
