For transportation, I first traveled from Guangzhou South to Beihai, then took a ferry. I chose a hotel that offered free pier shuttle service (provided by the owner), which also had a swimming pool, quite distinctive. On the island, you can choose to ride tuk-tuks, but we opted to rent electric bikes, which allowed us to roam freely (charged by the day). In the distance, on the sea horizon, a few fishing boats drift leisurely, as if they are sprites of the sea, telling ancient and mysterious stories. Walking on the soft sandy beach, feeling the fine sand under my feet, each step is like walking on clouds. The sea breeze brushes my cheeks, carrying the salty taste of the sea and a faint scent of fish, which is refreshing. I can't help but indulge in this unique tranquility and beauty, as if I am cut off from the world, entering another realm.
