Tianchida Canyon

Tianchi Grand Canyon is about 280 kilometers away from Nanning, the capital of Guangxi Province. It is the largest gathering place for Hakka people in Guangxi.

The Attraction spot is located in Santan Town in the county, which was also called Nanchang County during the Southern Dynasties. It not only has a beautiful environment and beautiful scenery, but also has very warm and hospitable locals who are hardworking and intelligent. It is famous for its abundant production of longan pulp, and has won the reputation of "the hometown of longan".

Tianchi Grand Canyon Attraction belongs to the remnant of Liuwan Mountain and is composed of granite intrusions of the Hualixi period. The mountain is huge and the slope is steep, reaching 30-50 degrees. The river develops along the northwest-southeast fault, forming many valleys intersecting with the mountain trend. The water flow cuts strongly, the valleys are developed, and the river has a large drop, forming a beautiful and spectacular multi-level waterfall landscape.

The main species in the Attraction include Hainan fern, cycas revoluta, black olive and white olive, fir, masson pine, camellia and star anise, with a forest coverage rate of about 90%.

Tianchi Grand Canyon is 3.8 kilometers long and is mainly composed of Toukengkou, Tangdu, Sankeng and Dashuikeng. The negative ion content in the air reaches or exceeds 1,000/cm3, with an average of 60,000/cm3 and a high of 180,000/cm3.

Here, old trees and vines cover the sky, rocks of various shapes, pools of water dotted everywhere, waterfalls of various styles, winding rivers, gurgling water, and green valleys, sometimes gentle and sometimes surging. The deep canyon, clear streams, lush vegetation and the 100-meter-high Tianchi Waterfall complement each other, making the entire canyon full of spirituality.
