This is the Blogger Building. The Blogger Building is a quintessential Hakka earthen building, spanning four distinct levels. The first floor houses a collection of artifacts and photography, while the second and third floors serve as a museum dedicated to Hakka culture, offering a plethora of historical relics for visitors to peruse. The third floor provides an optimal vantage point for capturing the building from top to bottom. With a touch of post-production to add a sky backdrop, the result is reminiscent of a movie poster! Another captivating perspective is achieved by standing at the railing and shooting outwards from within the museum. Although it results in a silhouette, the effect is truly stunning. Visit the real-life version of Big Fish & Begonia at Luodai Ancient Town in Chengdu. I've been longing to visit Luodai Ancient Town, and I finally made it there yesterday! Located in Longquanyi District of Chengdu, the town has been established since the Three Kingdoms period and is the most well-preserved Hakka ancient town in the suburbs of Chengdu! Transportation: Take the B exit at Xihe station on Metro Line 4, and you'll see the bus station right away. Take bus L024/219/L042 for about half an hour, get off at Luodai Passenger Transport Center, and then it's a 4-minute walk. From the B exit at Longquanyi station on Line 2, take bus L022, get off at the intersection of Sān'è Street and Fuxing Street, and it's a 6-minute walk. About 35 minutes by car from the city center. Tickets: No tickets required, no reservation needed. Bolou Building: A Tulou building just like the one in Big Fish & Begonia! Super photogenic, here you can experience the most authentic Hakka culture. The circular building is a museum, with the first and second floors open to the public, while the third and fourth floors are not yet open.
