Coolangatta Beach is a really beautiful place. I do recommend you to go there. The sea is very blue and gorgeous. However, my phone can not capture the beauty the human eye sees. Coolangatta Beach, Rainbow Beach, Greenmount Beach, Snapper Rocks and Point Danger are in the same place. They are close to each other and face the same sea. You can enjoy the sunshine, and see the sunset. If you know how to surf, this is also a good place to enjoy this sport.

Kurungata Beach offers great walking, photography, swimming and more possibilities. Rescue workers patrol the area. There are many cafes/restaurants across the road with lots of food to choose from! Every month there is a market with a variety of interesting goods to browse or buy. Marine parade parking is paid for. There is a large parking lot in the south. Walking along the beach with beautiful views. There are plenty of accommodations, shopping centers, clubs, hotels, theatres and more. There are public bus services to the Gold Coast or NSW.
a memorable trip! beautiful sand and views! love the crystal clear water with the soothing waves
My family and I had been walking a long way down the end of the town before visiting Kulangata Beach and finding a well-maintained beach with rock pools, small bays and a few acres of beautiful sand. Keep your family safe by professional and helpful lifeguards. There are also wildlife, especially lizards, which provide my children with lots of entertainment and photography opportunities. We saw whales rushing out of the sea and dolphins jumping and playing while we were walking - shocking! A trip from Brisbane is definitely worth it.
Coolangatta is on the south end of the Gold Coast with several of the most beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast. I stayed near the airport for the convenience of visiting the Coolangatta area. The night before, I asked at the hotel that there was a hotel Shuttle Bus at 8:30 in the morning to the almost southernmost Buranbah Beach. From this beach, you can walk all the way back to the airport, which takes about an hour. Of course, there are buses to the Coolangatta area at the airport. In Coolangatta, I happened to catch up with the beach market on the weekend and followed the locals around the open-air market, bargaining like a decent price, and buying some interesting little things.
