Bameizhen

Bamei Town used to be the county seat of Qianning. The residences here are magnificent, integrating architecture, religion, culture, art and ethnic customs. The scenery is dominated by plateau grassland scenery. If Xinduqiao is called "a photographer's paradise", then the scenery of Bamei is even better. The gorgeous scenery of Bamei soil and stone forest is comparable to the limestone karst stone forest in South China, but it is very special in terms of geological origin, landscape characteristics, micro-topography and natural environment. Similar mylonite soil and stone forests have not been reported at home and abroad. . The Bamei soil and stone forest landscape is located near the 36th Daoban of the 317 National Road. It forms the Xianshuihe fault zone along the line of "Kangding-Daofu-Luhuo", which is typical and concentrated near Bamei. It contrasts with the broad meadows, rolling snow-capped mountains, charming Tibetan villages and earth-rock forests, forming a wonderful style painting. Huiyuan Temple is located in a small mountain basin from Bamei to Danba on Provincial Highway 303, with an altitude of 3600 meters. The monastery has a rigorous layout, luxurious architecture and local characteristics, and is a boutique architectural art of Kham. Yala Mountain is located in the southeast of Bamei Town and is owned by Huiyuan Temple. The mountain is majestic and the top of the mountain is covered with snow all year round. It is a sacred mountain worshipped by Huiyuan Temple and its surroundings.
