Show More ReviewsMy personal travel habit is to visit the tallest building in every city I visit. Since it was my first time in Harbin, I naturally had to see the Dragon Tower, and it truly lived up to its reputation as the tallest tower in Northeast China! Dining at the Dragon Tower Cloud Restaurant was a real treat. Watching the city lights illuminate the city one by one while enjoying exquisite Western cuisine made for a perfect ending to my Harbin trip. I look forward to my next visit!
