Niujiaozhai Waterfall Scenic Area

Niujiaozhai Attraction is located in Bamian Village, Minglun Town, in the central part of Huanjiang County. The Attraction covers an area of ​​about 10 square kilometers. It is adjacent to the World Natural Heritage Site Mulun Karst Center and the tourist county of Libo in Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province in the north. The Attraction integrates the natural ecological landscape of majestic karst peaks, dense forests, deep canyons, winding streams, free and easy waterfalls and green pools. There are high-level waterfalls every 100 meters on the 3-kilometer tour route in the Attraction. There are more than ten levels of large and small waterfalls, including Tongtian Waterfall, Shuanglong, Peacock, Water Curtain Cave, Sandiequan, Tianti Waterfall, Wild Boar Beach, Bajie Pool, Seven Fairies Waterfall and other nine large waterfalls, forming a spectacular scenery of three miles and nine waterfalls. Each waterfall has its own shape and unique characteristics, especially the Seven Fairies Waterfall, which is 60 meters wide and more than 50 meters high. The waterfall is divided into seven streams of water floating down from the high cliff, like the skirts of seven fairies floating in the air, timeless and beautiful, hence the name Seven Fairies Waterfall. When visiting Niujiaozhai, you can not only enjoy the beautiful landscape, breathe the fresh air, listen to the birdsong and insects chirping, and feel the fun of natural ecology, but also taste the Huanjiang five-spice food of ecological fragrant pig, fragrant cattle, fragrant duck, fragrant glutinous rice and fragrant mushroom, and enjoy the folk songs and dances of Maonan, Zhuang, Miao and Yao, as well as the rich and colorful ethnic customs and culture.
