A little over an hour drive from Morioka. Kuzumaki, surrounded by larch and white birch, is the best for a drive with a unique scenery that is only here in Iwate. I take a deep breath many times when I come here. I'm looking forward to having bread and ice cream with plenty of milk. Next time, I want to stay in Plato and refresh myself with a rubbish wine in one hand 〜.
Magnificent plateau scenery, interaction with animals, yakiniku, soft serve ice cream. You can enjoy a country-like, relieved time that forgets your busy daily life. good time
The wind feels good. The carp streamer was swimming comfortably in the cherry blossoms in full bloom. The reason I stopped by Kuzumaki Kogen is to eat soft serve ice cream and homemade bread with plenty of milk on the plateau where you are likely to be sucked. There are also accommodation facilities, so you can enjoy family trips and excursions. Yakiniku is especially popular. Four seasons fold 々, family events are also popular.
I couldn't go around the corner 々 because I didn't have time, but I was able to see cows and sheep grazing on the vast site from the car. I also participated in the ice cream making experience with my family. Before making ice cream, the staff explained the Kuzumaki plateau and learned about it. Ice cream was made in a simple process that can be imitated at home, but the taste was exceptional because it uses milk from the Kuzumaki plateau! A considerable amount of ice cream is ready and eaten ...
Although it is a small tourist ranch, there are plenty of restaurants. The scenery is great because it is on a small hill. There is an observatory on the hill about 10 minutes on foot. You can see a 360-degree view from Mt. Iwate to Mt. Nanagira. It is a perfect tourist destination for families with small children. The Kuzumaki wine I bought as a souvenir was also delicious.

Forget the hustle and bustle.
