Jinling Kejingchu

What you get here is a focused understanding of Buddhism. This is an ancient wood-carved Buddhist scriptures and hand-printed place behind Erlang Temple in downtown Nanjing. The scriptures made with woodblock printing are now almost extinct and can only be found here. It is already a world intangible cultural heritage. There are only dozens of masters in the entire workshop. The work is strictly assigned according to the traditional process of carving, watermarking, threading, letter sleeves, etc., which makes people have to admire such a valuable inheritance spirit. There are more than 100,000 hand-carved templates in the small two-story building, each of which is in Song Dynasty, and the cracked textures make you deeply understand the energy brought by faith. We can ask a few Buddhist scriptures to go back, read them carefully, smooth them out with our hands, and slowly reminisce about the great wisdom in them.
