I went to Naoshima, Hand Island and Dog Island in order. Time wasn’t very crowded, but it was already the third day of the trip, when I was a little tired of contemporary art, so my heart beat when I saw the ruins of the smelter (or, more precisely, ruins).. The museum is fun too, but I love the black bricks assembled. There are all kinds of things like hexagonal and cylindrical chimneys, which is fun. I walk but not so tired.

Many art galleries have amazing places, but basically photography is prohibited, no wonder photos are rarely seen. My favorite is the Indosama Refinery Museum, especially the Infinity Corridor of Indosama Refinery.
Built in 1909 abandoned copper smelter, by architect three points and one Bozhi, reopened in 2008, the art gives new life. Composed of Liu Xingdian's works, inspired by Mishima Yukio's work "Sun and Iron" and "The Sound of the Spirit", in order to pay tribute to the Japanese writer Mishima Yukio. Three points and one Bozhi combine the natural environment with the use of chimneys, underground pits and glass houses to allow the gallery to be naturally ventilated. Six art installations of Liu Xingdian are installed with the structure. When I arrived at the gallery, I had to put away the camera. I was too slow. As a result, I had finished the front person. For everyone to have a good experience, I would enter in batches. About five or six people were a group. I was the last one to go in. I couldn't see the people in front. There was no light in the passage. There was only a bright light far ahead. It was dark all around, and there was a faint wind on both sides, and it felt hollow and far away. Feeling like I'm going to another world, walking, I want to look back, looking back turned out to be a strange sun, like a soulful eye to look at you. Turning forward, there is another light in front, the sun is still staring at you, continue to go forward is the next round of the beginning of the place, so repeated, it seems that I really experienced a round of revolving, experience the feeling of people going to death.
a nice place for island hoping in the art festivalthe island is relatively small. the museum is interesting and the style is very different from those ando ones on other islands
Inu Island is a small island that feels a bit cool. As soon as I got on the island, I was busy with the return ticket (very important! If you don’t have this, you can’t buy a ticket, you can’t take it), and then went to the art gallery, and then turned around at the port when you were ready for the return trip. The ticket center has a sign indicating the temperature of different locations in the art museum. There were no few on the way, and the shape was not like. The island is not big, the exhibits are relatively concentrated, and they can be completed within three hours. It is said that there are fewer than 100 people living on the island now. The art festival works are next to the houses. What is the feeling of seeing this interesting installation every day when you push the door? There is a big dog house by the sea, although it is not a festival-related work. Artist Chuan Yulong three-use ceramics, tiles, glass and other mosaics form a big dog, during the opening period can also be visited.
