The Radcliffe Reading Room (Radcliffe Camera, built in 1749) is a famous landmark of Oxford University and is recorded in the history of architecture. The Radcliffe Library, its gorgeous architecture and baroque domes are recognizable, but not open to visitors, only Oxford teachers and students can enter, and the books are read and not borrowed. Radcliffe Library looks very much like the Sheldon Theatre next to it, the reading room, the latter the place where the diploma is issued. What a holy place I admire!
