This is the larger square of the old town of Riga and the center of the old town. There are many open-air restaurants and cafes around the square, and there is a sign that the old town of Riga is listed as a cultural heritage. If you want to take a panorama, try to get up early and come before the coffee shop is open. There are also the Palace of Black Heads and the Museum near the square, which can be visited.

Show More ReviewsI climbed up the hillside viewing platform in the dark half an hour early. There weren't many people, so I didn't have to fight for a spot. A cool breeze was blowing, making it pleasantly cool. Before long, I saw the sky slowly turn red, from pale pink to orange-red. Then the sun jumped out from behind the mountains, dyeing the entire sea of clouds golden-red. The clouds surged and rolled to my feet, feeling like walking on cotton candy. On the way down, an old lady was selling freshly steamed corn by the roadside. Five yuan a ear, sweet, sticky, and fragrant, it warmed me from head to toe. It was a hundred times more breathtaking than watching the sunrise and sea of clouds on a phone.
