A very nicely preserved home of an upper class. Very spacious and interesting architecture of Japanese home using the verendas. I liked the simple decor that made look elegant and functional.

Juste vu l'extérieur car fermé à 16h30

Nous n'avons pas fait de visite car fermé à 16h30 et nous n'avions pas le temps de visiter. L'extérieur est très bien donc je pense que c'est une visite à faire.

豪商本間家の建物です

もともとは本間家が庄内藩に献上した日本家屋、後に拝領し本邸として使われました。ぐるっと外を回ってみましたが、やはり大きいですね。さすが本間家の建物です。

幕府巡回師を迎えるために本間家が寄付した建物。

豪商本間家が藩に寄付した建物。敷地はかなり広く、部屋数も多い。昔からの品が展示されており、往時の繁栄を感じさせる。
