Hell-Bourg

Located in the hinterland of the Salazie ice cirque, this fairy tale mountain village thrives on the discovery of rich hot springs, rich in minerals and considered for a long time. It is a good place for recuperation, until 1948, the hot spring resources were depleted due to landslides. Walking in the town, you can see beautiful colorful old-style Creole traditional houses everywhere. Now, thanks to the unique geographical conditions, it is often used as a base camp for hiking activities.
