Nestled within this park, you'll discover Hōhei Kan, a gem that captures the essence of Hokkaido's winter charm. 🏯 Historical Grandeur: Hōhei Kan, also known as the Hokkaido Governor's Official Residence, is a historical treasure. In the winter, it's surrounded by enchanting snowdrifts, creating a fairy tale-like setting. Explore the beautiful gardens and take in the serene atmosphere. Hokkaido Jingu ⛩️❄️ Our next stop is Hokkaido Jingu, a Shinto shrine that radiates tranquility amidst the snowy landscape. The pristine white surroundings make this spiritual site even more mesmerizing. ⛩️ Spiritual Serenity: As you walk along the snow-covered paths, you'll feel a sense of peace and reverence. The architecture of the shrine stands in stark contrast to the winter landscape, creating a captivating blend of tradition and nature. 🚌 Getting There: you can take either a bus or the subway. From Sapporo Station, hop on the Toho Subway Line (Tozai Line) to Nakajima Koen Station for Nakajima Park and Hōhei Kan. For Hokkaido Jingu, take a bus from Nakajima Koen-mae Bus Stop to Maruyama Koen Bus Stop. I love Sapporo in Winter! ❄️🏯🌳

Shiroi Koibito Park: Shiroi Koibito Park, as its name suggests, is a park themed around the Shiroi Koibito. 6. Hokkaido Shrine: A famous shrine in Hokkaido, located within the city, it's well worth a visit. / The third thing: 'About Transportation' 1. Airplane: Sapporo's airport is New Chitose Airport, with direct flights from Tokyo, Osaka, and many other places to Sapporo. 2. Shinkansen: Tokyo Station - (Take the Hokkaido Shinkansen 'HAYABUSA' for about 4.5 hours) - Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station - (Take the JR Hokuto Limited Express for about 3.5 hours) - Sapporo Station. 3. Train: From Sapporo, you can go directly to Otaru, Hakodate, Asahikawa, and other places by JR trains. 4. Bus: If you want to save money, you can also take the express bus, which can take you to the surrounding cities. / The fourth thing: 'Accommodation and Cuisine' 1. Accommodation: It is still recommended to choose accommodations near Sapporo Station, ideally within 1 kilometer for convenient travel. 2. Cuisine: There are several shopping malls near Sapporo Station, and in addition, you can also visit Tanukikoji Shopping Street, which has a lot of cuisine. Hokkaido Jingu (Japanese: ほっかいどうじんぐう) is a Shinto shrine located in the Chuo Ward of Sapporo, Hokkaido. During the early days of Hokkaido's development, the region was often compared with Sakhalin, the Kuril Islands, and other areas. The branch shrine within Hokkaido Jingu, known as the 'Kaitaku Shrine', enshrines a group of individuals who made significant contributions to the development of Hokkaido (such as Yoshitake Shima and Rinzo Mamiya). Hokkaido Jingu is a famous spot for cherry blossom viewing in Japan, and due to the climate, plum and cherry blossoms bloom at the same time, which is a rare and spectacular sight! There are about 1,400 cherry trees and 250 plum trees within the shrine, making it a very popular tourist spot in Hokkaido. The guardian deity that blesses the development of Hokkaido and the happiness of its people is still closely related to the lives of the residents. Traditional rituals are held during New Year visits, exorcisms, Setsubun, weddings, and other occasions. The shrine is surrounded by lush greenery, and you can even spot squirrels from time to time, making it a worthwhile place to check in.
