About 10 minutes walk from Atagobashi Station. The year of its founding is unknown. Originally enshrined in Yonezawa, he was relocated to Iwadeyama, Tamatsukuri County with the transfer of Date Masamune. Then, due to Masamune's entry into Sendai Castle, he was relocated to his current location in 1603. The deity is Treatment God. About 200 stone steps continue from the first torii gate. A place where you can overlook the city of Sendai and see the sunset over Mt. Aoba. The magnificent nature spreads from the sunset mountain to the Hirose River below, and the city of Tohoku appears at once. Not too urban, not too rural ...
